All these claims are more than likely mistakes, but when the excuses for the mistakes are weak, then I reserve final judgment because there are just too many holes throughout the Obama backstory to assume what the real truth is. I think it’s possible that Obama has told different stories to different people ... it could be a pathological problem or part of agenda to win friendship or admiration from certain groups of people. And usually, somewhere in the lies are some kernels of truth that have to be pieced together to get the true story. The other question is where does this bad historical information come from? The Honolulu reporter said he found the Indonesia thing on the Internet, but where?? Who would have been saying back then that Obama was born in Indonesia?? If it came from Duckworth, that makes sense. And Matthews could have gotten it from the Duckworth story. We just don’t know. Why are there so many different years for when SAD married Soetoro?? Why was Obama different ages when they moved to Indonesia?? And then, why does Spokesbabe Okubo volunteer a city in Indonesia ... of all places ... for her example?? It’s almost too much just to be a coincidence.

I would feel a lot more hopeful about this if it was not Orly Taitz that was the attorney. We really need to get someone at least moderately competent on this.

It’s courteous to ping a FReeper when you speak of him.
His mom and a contemporaneous newspaper in Panama and a Washington Post reporter who saw a birth certificate all say this is wrong. The likely thing is that a doctor from the Colon Hospital, which I believe was staffed by U.S. military doctors, attended the birth at Coco Solo. Over time, the records may have been transferred, but the best evidence supports that he was born on base.

This looks to me like a signal that the Obama campaign team is pivoting to the “bastard child of a single mother thus unitary US citizenship at birth and not a UK subject at birth” defence on the NBC issue.
Maybe the book “The Other Barack” showing his father was considered by the US INS and U of HI officials to be a bigamist and sexual predator gave them the opening they needed to throw BHO Sr under the bus!
This doesn't get Obama a genuine HI BC but he can still count on HI officials to back him up on that. Meanwhile by declaring his mother to have been single when he was born (as Mooshell said way back when, remember?) gives him strong cover on the NBC issue...because a bastard child cannot be a dual citizen regardless of who his father is.
Accordingly, Defendant's motion to quash is denied.

Sorry to burst YOUR bubble, but that story is false. The documents at this link indicate that there was a military hospital there and the man who signed McCain's birth certificate was stationed there as demonstrated by the records.
Not that it matters now, but we Freepers need to repeat what is true, not false allegations.

Unless McCain's BC is also a forgery, it says he was born in Colon Hospital in Colon, Republic of Panama.
Rules of civil procedure call for a default judgment if he doesn't appear.
A default judgment means the claims of the plaintiffs are deemed to be proven.

The gist of what i've read seems to be they think they will win with some legal razzledazzle procedure instead of actually producing a legitimate document.
