Consequences of Collapse: Access to Critical Medicines Is Disappearing in Greece
SHTF Plan ^ | 1/11/12 | Mac Slavo

Posted on 01/11/2012 4:05:45 PM PST by Kartographer

When things get bad – and they will – the most essential items necessary for survival will disappear first. As currencies collapse, financial market destabilize and economies come to a standstill, critical supplies like food and medicine will become difficult to acquire at any price. This is exactly what is now taking place in Greece, where access to life-saving drugs and even common over-the-counter medicines like aspirin is becoming a tragedy where the losses will be measured not in Dollars or Euros, but lives.

Thank you for the link. That said...

and pretty much anything else without an RX...,

So, the rest of society, who is perhaps not "perfect" and NEEDS meds daily (reminding me of Hitler...) is up a creek?

No need to answer. It's obvious...

Hillary shut down the flu vaccine makers here years ago.

Bush II’s free traitor policies gave medicine patents to what the UN calls “least developed countries” so they could manufacture themselves and not pay royalties for the intellectual property.

The free traitor law of the jungle is if its cheaper to do offshore then do it, national security be damned.

No one can offer a reasonable explanation why.

ObamaCare as it ramps up, plain and simple.

Anyone know the shelf life on these items? If you do not use them then they basically go to waste with a short shelf life...any advice, knowledge?
Thanks for all the knowledgeable posts on this thread!

I’ve read that antibiotics in solid pill form such as these, kept from sunlight and moisture, still maintain useable potency after 20 years ! They do become less potent as time passes which requires increased doseages, but they don’t “rot” or “go bad” after a time like stored food does.

Another posted stated shortages were occurring in the United States, and I was supporting that statement.
