Where’s the image of the elderly woman pushed down the stairs after the Reagan dinner a week or so ago in NYC? That’s the iconic image of OWS (Obama’s Worthless Sycophants) to me

A woman who gave her name as Jennifer and said she was two months pregnant is rushed to an ambulance after being hit with pepper spray at an Occupy Seattle protest on Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at Westlake Park. Protesters gathered in the intersection of 5th Avenue and Pine Street after marching from their camp at Seattle Central Community College in support of Occupy Wall Street. Many refused to move from the intersection after being ordered by police. Police then began spraying into the gathered crowd hitting dozens of people. An 84 year-old activist was also hit with spray. Give props to Granny. SHE took a shot of pepper spray to the face a whole lot better than this dumb chick.

Their rights end where others begin, no matter how old you are.

The picture looks like the chick was in the middle of an OWS Bukkake party (And no, they were not serving Japanese noodles).

Are they sure the stuff in that bottle is milk?

Never know with OWS.

I do not care.
You protest, you accept the consequences of that protest.

If it was pepper spray, then how are her eyes wide open? Pepper spray causes an involuntary closing of the eyes and the effects last for a very long time.

What you see dripping from her face in the picture is milk. The protesters were using it as an antidote for pepper spray.

The question that no one seems to have asked: did she really get pepper sprayed, or did she just agree to have someone douse her with milk for the photo op?

This so called granny is a life long protester from the Seattle area. I’m sure someone told her to stand at the front and take some pepper spray for a great socialist photo op!

A see a girl being carried by a bunch of cowardly boys.

You want to have a revolution, then do it like men did it in the past and leave the women and children at home and take the blows like you’ve got a pair.

I'm thinking the latter.

Her eyes look too clear to have been anywhere around pepper spray.

These Occupy people are the biggest drama queens out there.

Let's not forget (and remind people often) who runs Seattle. How about the other cities that are going after the begging commies?

The very government, down to the party and members, that these dopes want to run everyone's lives ARE the very same that ARE driving them out.

Not that I disagree but the irony (reality) should be known and clear to all.

This is 100% bullsh!t propaganda.

I live on Wall Street in Belltown, Seattle. I saw this mob shortly before the picture was taken....they were running around yelling, beating drums, marching outside of their permit and paralyzing rush-hour traffic.

As I watched from my apartment, I thought about going down and video taping the mob but, I was frankly too scared: they were THAT unruly.

The police let it go on way too long and this lady got exactly what she deserved for being a part of the group.

I wouldn’t have used pepper spray on the poor old lady, how cruel.

A fully charged cattle prod directly applied to her mid body region would have had a better and more satisfying effect.

Applying pepper spray to the reporters and camera toters is a better use of pepper spray.

Piss on the socialist hag.

Actually, "Jennifer" appears to have been sprayed with pepper. Her reaction is what you should expect.

Granny just looks like she has been doused with milk. And I suspect that is exactly what happened, for the photo op.

So they had spray bottles of milk handy. That proves that they intended to make trouble with the police and expected to get pepper sprayed. If that’s the case, why did they let granny up on the front lines? Apparently because she knew the risks and is a tough old broad and decided to do it anyway. But if that’s the case, then why should we now be expected to see her as a pitiful victim? The difference in a real struggle and this OWS baloney is that the victims are real, not contrived.

Oh Please! We know they have committees instructing who is to be arrested and who is upfront for maximum propaganda effects so sorry but it is not working.IMHO if the lady is dumb enough to go up against the police when they order dispersal she’s dumb enough to be sprayed.

The mob was blocking a public right-of-way and were warned to disperse. Two police officers were assaulted. AFTERWARDS, the police used pepper spray...not targeting to old lady, but spraying it into the crowd.
