OWS: The Failures of Socialism in High Speed

Occupy wall street is a great demonstration for us all.

It is all the failures of Socialism captured in high speed! like a time-lapse photo of 40 years squeezed down to 2 months.

First the exhilaration and chanting. All the liberal propogandists showing smiling happy 'protesters' organizeing to help 'The Workers'.

The democrats and media propogandists express their loving support for 'The Workers'. Unlike their disdain for those other people with actual jobs- the TEA party.

Then we see the lazy people sitting around waiting to be fed, crapping all over themselves (no one ‘assigned’ to wash them, I guess)

Followed by workers strike for less overtime (the food servers)

Next complaints that monies being donated are not ‘shared’ equally- the elites among them decided to keep it and spend it on their choice

Then the complaints that some are eating who dont ‘deserve’ it (the people who want the government to feed the homeless don’t want to feed the homeless)

Lawlessness (crapping on police cars, rapes, theft, violence and now murder)

Then desease and pestilence.

I was expecting conscription into working on the food service line, followed by lynching those who steal food when they are hungry when there is not enough left to ‘share’

But I guess the Democraps in charge are letting the police clean it up before it gets just TOO embarrassing for them to distance them selves from it, like re-education centers and gulags for people who did not chant loudly enough

It isn’t over yet though the deems let it go on far too long to stop it like this.Now they are p*ssed and are threatening to root tomorrow.The headline said something to the effect of “seeing what a Molotov cocktail would do to Macy’s” scary stuff they are saying.

What I would like better to see is a headline that read, "The effect of a load of OO buckshot on the individual who threw the Molotov cocktail into Macys." As far as what they say goes: Words are cheap. Money talks, bullshit walks. Which are you? The whistle don't run the locomotive.

The best thing about OWS, is that I could tell my kids when seeing them on TV, “This is what can happen to you if you don’t study hard in school.”

It’s like the Prison Experiment in another context. I’d like to run that experiment, only instead of prison, have it be a commune, and tell certain members that they are on the Ruling Committee and see how they behave.

You don’t have to run an experiment; just look at the Board of Directors of any Homeowners Association.

Just this morning I thought of something to add to your wonderful list:

A short-term phase of apparent prosperity which only exists due to outside subsidies from those seeking to use the new society as a proxy for their own political purposes. (E.g., gourmet meals served via donations from fellow travelers, not as a result of any productivity of the members.)
