It’s like the Prison Experiment in another context. I’d like to run that experiment, only instead of prison, have it be a commune, and tell certain members that they are on the Ruling Committee and see how they behave.
You don’t have to run an experiment; just look at the Board of Directors of any Homeowners Association.
