Today, millions of smart, hard working Americans are flipping burgers, waiting tables or working dead end retail jobs not because they want to, but because they have no other options. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, about 14 million Americans are currently unemployed and another 9.3 million Americans are currently "underemployed".

Socialism is the last chance for those who are parasites. Once socialism brings this country down, we will reset and start over. It’s the “reset” that will hopefully clean up this country for those of us who planned ahead.

Ah, posting without having the thread of the posters you’re posting to.

“If anyone on this site has not read that book - RRRUUUNNNNN and get it now and it will open your eyes as to WTF is going in this country.”

Which book? The Creature from Jekyll Island.
Go read it, or forever remain clueless.

Ta Tah!

Most of the remaining middle class cheerleaders of the global regime get their incomes directly or indirectly from the various levels of government, and they’re screaming in both political parties for socialist candidates promising new taxes.

So tax hikes with so-called austerity measures (including tax hikes), then no-sale, no revenues. Because we’re not going to buy. Prepare, friends.

Enjoy the slide. See ya on the other side.

Ron Paul supporters are clueless.

He will NEVER be President of these United States.

He WILL be supported by leftwing idiots, rightwing idiots, and antisemitic idiots.

See a common thread there?

Maybe someone can point it out for you.

But the failures of socialism is not being pointed at, the MSM points their finger at capitalism. Which, we don’t have anymore.

The sooner that the American people wake up and UNDERSTAND that the descrution of the money we all use, the growth of big givernment and all of it’s ills, needs to be called what it really is: SOCIALISM HAS FAILED.

Then, we might turn this around. But too many people think that this country is STILL capitalism. That way is misery.
Socialism needs to die to allow this country to be reborn.

And calling what this country really is, is PART of what needs to happen.

What happens to a fiat currency that is based on debt over 100 years?

Answer that, then we can talk.

Don’t know the answer to that?
Tough to be you.

“Creature from Jeykll Island” is single handidly the most eye opening book i have read in the last 10 years.

The destruction of our currency is directly related to the problems many face as in this article.

Ah the GOLD standard of idiocy.

Yeah, the government cannot take money away from people and give it to others except for with a fiat currency!

Um, wait a second, no that is absolutely idiotic and contrary to truth and history.

Must be from a Ron Paul supporter!

i have friends in financial industry who i gave that book to and they were blown away by it and told me they learned more in that book than all their classes, schooling combined on how banking and the Fed Work hand in hand w the govt to collapse the currency, start wars, regulate and tax people to death, etc.

BTW - can anyone explain to me why we should pay INCOME TAXES if the Fed can just print dollars off the printing press?

It is the underlying bedrock of what is tearing this country apart.

This destroys jobs, ...destroys savings, ...destroys the economy, ....destroys families, on and on and on.

It is why the Founding Fathers were clear that only SOUND MONEY be used in this country. Power corrupts, and the bankers HAVE been corrupted.

Can you tell me where the “Continental” went?

Gold Standard is there for a reason - its to protect people from the politicians diluting the value of the currency to pay for big govt.

You still have NOT read that book, clueless.

And show me where I posted about a gold standard?

The fiat currency is going to die, and the house is burning, and you want to agure that the fire isn’t hot enough yet.

You can stay in the fire all you want, but you are not helping this country by holding up lies.

Whatever troll. Ron Paul is wrong on a few things - but on money, economics, etc, he blows away the rest of the pretenders.

My understanding is not complete in that area.

But, I believe it is because we are using the FED’s money, that the income tax came along. WE pay for the interest on the debt that the congress created when it BORROWS money from the FED. See, if Congress made sound money for the people, we wouldn’t have to pay the FED for anything.

The FED is a private bank in charge of this country’s money BECAUSE our congress GAVE them the right to do so.

It is interesting what history is NOT taught in our schools and universities. On purpose, I am sure.

The idiot in question WAS you.....

“At the root of BIG giverment, is the need for fiat money to create the illusion that the government can take from one, and give to another.”

So in the history of government when currency actually WAS gold or silver, it was impossible for government to TAKE from one and GIVE to another?

Are you completely stupid?
