Harry Potter fans around the world saw him on the silver screen as Padfoot in "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban," third installment in the boy wizard's film series. But that was a long time ago in dog years, and today Berry -- the black German shepherd who played the animal avatar of wizard Sirius Black in the 2004 box-office smash -- is homeless.

Very sad. Hopefully with the publicity they will find a decent home. You would think the trainer could have made much better arrangements than to throw them away...
It’s the nature of Hollywood to treat everything as disposable once they’re done making money off of it.
But I have always been on record as saying that the presidency has never been for her.
If she still has political aspirations, I still think the Senate is where she should focus on.
Now love me, you Palinites!
No matter what you say about Sarah, I am still not adopting you and your older pal, Berry. Just too hard to import dogs from UK to US.
Good luck finding a loving home in the East Midlands or maybe Yorkshire.

That was my error. I thought I had clicked in another thread and that was what I responding to.
But yeah, I despise Hollywood on this point. Hollywood would treat animals far worse if it weren’t for the laws of california. It wasn’t that long ago where animals would routinely die during movie-making, just so Hollywood could dill their coffers.
And kids, too.
As Corey Feldman said, “there’s a casting couch for kids too.”
If they were near me, I’d give them a home. I have an old pound puppy that is 13 or 14 now.
Remember Buddy and Socks? Thanks to advisor Dick Morris, Buddy was hit by a car at that phoney NY. home for Hitlary’s
Senate run and Socks died of cancer at a Clinton secretary’s home. Thank toe sucker Morris for the pet advise.
You can always tell what kind of person you are dealing with by how they treat their pets.
I wonder how Obama’s dog is doing in some unknown kennel?

You joined on Boxing Day?
Possibly. I never kept track of such things.
Berry, who played Padfoot in "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban," is now in a U.K. shelter and hoping for a home.
An evil industry begets evil deeds.

I’m aware of that.
I have seen zero stories in the three years he’s been in office of him just playing with the dog. It’s always arm outstretched to maximum length and as far as possible from the dog.
The fact that there are no stories of the dog just sitting beside him somewhere in the White house leads one to think the dog is kept elsewhere, probably off the property.
I’m ok with him not being a dog person, but I find it reprehensible what he’ll do when he doesn’t need it as a political prop any longer.
