That’s what I’m talking about. I teach in a public school that is predominantly Black. The kids are ecstatic about Herman Cain. Many say: “Obama has failed to get people jobs.” Can you believe it.

I hope they realize it’s not the President’s job to get people jobs. It’s his job to help create an environment where employers are not overly burdened by regulation so that they create jobs.

If people start thinking that Cain will give them freebies out of his ‘stash’, as people were saying about Obama, this country is in worse shape then I thought (and I think it’s in pretty bad shape).

This is my feelings all the way down the line, except Paul is not just above Romney and Huntsman.

Good Freepers have now been ordered to get all excited about Herman Cain, just as a few weeks ago, we were ordered to get all excited about LAST month's Messiah Rick Perry.

By many of the same "freepers" BTW.

I don’t see Herman taking more than 20% of the black vote but I think that would be enough to beat Obama.

One wonders what the breakdown would look like if the poll were limited to ACTUAL candidates.

Done for Palin. My choice for VP would be Cain, but frankly if Sarah wins the primary then she should choose her own VP.

One wonders why people care about worthless online polls at all (or straw polls, for that matter).

And talk about setting yourself up for failure as a politician. “I’m gonna get you a job!!” Only an idiot Democrat would promise that. No Democrat since Kennedy could oversee an economy reasonably. They don’t realize that a good president doesn’t RUN an economy. Like you said, he creates/fosters an environment where it can operate properly. Govt. intervention screws it up (except in the small pockets where there’s obvious fraud or lawbreaking). Otherwise, you’re running Venezuela, as Osama is showing us now.
