US Day of Rage Guidelines for Non Violent Civil Disobedience

Individual or group actions that endanger the physical well-being of other demonstrators should not be done. Generally actions that might endanger the safety of others at the demonstration include: 1.physical violence directed against others, including the police, spectators and demonstrators.

2.actions that cause panic such as running and throwing rocks

3.bringing weapons or anything that can be construed as a weapon to the demonstration site; weapons include but are not limited to: guns, knives, nail files, mace, letter openers, scissors, etc.

4.Don't touch police officers. It's assault and it's a felony.

Know Your Legal Rights

Check out ACLU's Know your rights: For Civil Disobedience manual: Download manual (PDF)

The only and best network of lawyers that support Nonviolent Direct Action (both as Legal Observers and as Criminal Defenders) is the National Lawyers Guild. Individuals organizing US Day of Rage demonstrations and occupations should make contact directly with the NLG in their cities/regions by using this: NLG Chapter Map

It will most likely be a dismal failure. They cannot believe
that the people are turning against them and back to the Tea Party.

Get out your video cameras. Take photos. Then force the attorneys general to prosecute the anarchists!

I wonder if the Egyptian Muzzie Brothers will be supplying the pizza like the did for the union thugs in Madison. Free pizza really can draw a crowd. Especially when you’re dealing with freeloaders.

When does this cross the line from freedom of speech and become sedition?

Of course, I know I’m dreaming.

Heh--your local government employees and pensioners in action again (like Wisconsin, England, etc.).

Economic Uncertainty Leading to Global Unrest
CNBC ^ | 9 Aug 2011 | Mark Koba
"In late June, half the public schools in Britain where closed by a massive protest over public pensions cuts, including three major teachers' unions, customs and immigration officers, and air traffic controllers."

The Tea Party needs to forms a new group

C.A.R.S.

Citizen Anti-Riot Squads

Where we dress up in padded protective clothing and wield baseball bats and protect storefronts from the anarchists.

I couldn't find any Days of Rage planned for Dallas.

Not a surprise; conceal carry means that you never know who is armed. The Castle Doctrine gives you the right to use deadly force in defense of life and property.

If the "Ragers" tried to get out of hand in Dallas, the citizens would end it rather quickly.
