The November 5, 2009 shooting rampage by the cowardly Muslim Army Major Nidal Malik Hasan was wakeup call that has become an example of why America made a grave error in electing Barack Hussein Obama.
Hasan murdered 13 innocent people. All but one were soldiers either just returning from theaters of war or preparing to deploy to combat areas. One of the dead soldiers was pregnant. The remaining victim was an Army civilian employee.
Hassan’s guilt is indisputable. After being shot by an armed civilian guard the only armed personnel at the scene, ( thanks to Bill Clinton Military bases are “gun free zones”) Hassan was immediately taken into custody.
His weapons were recovered. Eye witness statements were taken and then the unexpected happened. Nothing further has taken place.
The White House immediately set up whatever roadblocks it could to thwart the Army’s case against Hassan.
By December 2009 the ranking Republican member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, Rep. Pete Hoekstra (R-Mich.),had to publicly call Obama out to demand he quit stalling and release the necessary official report .... so the prosecution could begin.
That was 19 long months ago.
Last week Hassan’s civilian lawyer John Galligan, who has since been fired by the murdering punk, also complained he was being denied access to a number of pertinent documents which could easily be delivered, but just as easily be withheld.

I take it the article title is a rhetorical question.
I believe Texas can and will prosecute the vermin if the feds drop the ball.
maybe Obama doesn’t personally care, as long as HE is not the one signing off on it.
some have suggested, that is why he wanted those other trials moved from military to civilian courts...
I think Obama thinks it would enflame the Muslim world if this guy gets executed. We have to prove to the world that we live up to our highest ideals and all that.
Unfortunately, the Islamo-fascists are not liberal and are not moved by liberal platitudes such as America proving to the world that everyone gets a fair trial and all that.
This is a case where we’re not supposed to jump to conclusions about the intent or motivation. Even though he shouted “Allah Akbar” while shooting, we’re not supposed to think that he was a Muslim terrorist.

You cannot believe this proposition without also believing that Bin Laden was not the person whose assassination was ordered by Obama.
He deserves the death penalty, and he’s beign tried in the right forum to receive that sentence, but I don’t think the court, let alone Obama, will sign off on executing a parapalegic.
Aside from the fact that we’ll have the cost of caring for him for 30-40 years, in some way, for this guy..LWP, totally paralyzed.. may be a better sentence. Those virgins will just have to wait..

Certainly this trial should have been over and done with.
In todays America we do not know who to trust, but we know it is not Hussein Obama or Eric Holder.

The army is well aware that the federal government, including the military, does not execute, because there is a long chain of command, all the way up to the president, who must sign off on it, as well as all sorts of federal judges.
The rule applies, “If you don’t want to do something, ask as many people as you can for permission to do it. Somebody *will* say no.”
But the military has come up with a way around this problem. In this case, for example, Hasan didn’t just kill military people in military jurisdiction, but he killed *civilians* of the State of Texas.
Which means that the military will likely convict him of a few homicides, to guarantee that no matter what else happens, he will be behind bars for the rest of his life. And then they will turn them over to the State of Texas.
The Texas prosecutor will have no problem at all in getting the death penalty, and once convicted, the State of Texas will have no problem at all in sticking a needle in his arm, and the sooner, the better.
And he will be one dead jihadi.
He would have been dead before he could give up that he was working with the communist, islamist thugs.
Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open court.
Hasan walked right into this, hard as it is to do, by engaging in Jihadi advocacy before far more than two people at various medical meetings (adhering to Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort) and then deliberately murdering thirteen people in the clear sight of hundreds while screaming "Allah Ackbar!" (waging war against the United States and giving aid and comfort to its enemies). Hence, he undoubtedly committed multiple acts of treason and did so in front of numerous witnesses, making a treason posecution a slam dunk.
Nevertheless, the Illegal's regime has only charged Hasan with murder, not treason, without even doing a convincing job of articulating what his motive was. IOW, because they have failed to describe Hasan's real, treasonable, and proveable motives, they have left themselves wide open to a possible insanity defense.
Clearly, it appears the Illegal is doing his level best to protect one of his co-religionists.

We are in a war within a war. Barack Hussein Obama represents the enemy of war #1.
As long as he lives he serves the Muslim cause.
If he dies he thinks he will go to some heaven.
If we revolt, the government will be happy because then it can institute Martial Law.
If we don’t, it just keeps rolling over us leaving tread marks on our backs (or fronts).
