Not in my neck of the woods. I have a guy who does mine for $75. You can’t find kids to do mowing (or snow shoveling in winter) — it requires too much effort.

Neighbor has a 16 yr old that gets to drive the family Mercedes wagon (wrecklessly), but doesn’t lift a finger around the house....Dad mows the lawn.....
I could go on, but suffice it to say, the kid will be in jail within the year, if he’s lucky.
