Revealed: U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services file listing 'records relating to Barry Soetoro'

The Ken Allen FOIA response file now updated with a copy of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services DVD file listing "records relating to Barry Soetoro...." Do all the redacted pages in the FOIA response contain information about the living person named Barry Soetoro A.K.A. Barack Obama? And why would Barry Soetoro A.K.A. Barack Obama have immigration records?

the list of contents inscribed on the FOIA DVD response #HQS2011000019 released by The U.S. Department of Homeland Security would be a bit trivial except for the realization that the implications of an illegal alien officially designated as and so named Barry Soetoro is Usurping the Presidency are astronomical, and consequently must not be ignored.

The name Barrack Hussein Obama II is merely a facade…although apropos for the treacherous and treasonous figure for whom even the presidential seal wont stick. Another dark day for the Republic no matter how you try spin it.

So on the record, it is fair to believe that Stanley Ann or someone using her name had a child in Mombasa who is no longer to be found anywhere on the public record. Perhaps having died.

That at some future date, Stanley Ann and her parents became custodians and later adoptive surrogates for another child who is substituted into the Obama record.

Who that child is and where he came from is not to be found in any part of the record other than his first hand statements that he was born in Kenya.

About the redacted sections - These documents were released sometime last year - late summer? - fall? I don’t recal for certain, but did print them from a link to a Scribd posting by the attorney Mario Appruzzo. Not sure if that’s how his name is spelled.

Whatever - The set of docs I have were from the same FOIA release to Kenneth Allen [July 29, 2010], except that there were very few redactions.

I had numbered mine in the order they were posted by Appruzzo - a different order than the posting at the link with this Robin Masters FReeper article - so had to put my set into date order in order to find the pages 96 and 101 you’ve referenced!

For those teo pages, the now-redacted portions read as follows:

PAGE 101: “She also indicated that her son is now in kindergarten and will commence the first grade next September and if it is necessary for her and the child to go to Indonesia she will educate the child at home with the help of school texts from the U.S. as approved by the Board of Education in Honolulu.”

The smaller redacted areas are the signature and then the initials of the writer of the memo: Robert R. Schultz, RRS.

The redaction codes for this page are (b)(6): “Release would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy”, and (b)(7)(c): “Information compiled for law enforcement purposes that would...Constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy”.

Page 96: “There is nothing in the file to document the status of the spouse’s son. Please inquire into his citizenship and residence status and determine whether or not he is the applicant’s child within the meaning of Section 101(b)(1)(B) of the Act, who may suffer exceptional hardship within the meaning of Section 212(e).”

Following along in date order, there is a blank page in the docs at the birtherreport.com posting linked from this article. The blank page has a notation at the top about the page having been moved someplace else (have to go back and chack for the exact wording).

The doc which fits in there datewise - and seems to be missing from that birtherreport.com content - is very intriguing, to say the least:

Sept. 14, 1967

Pursuant to inquiry from Central office regarding
the status of the applicants’ spouse’s child by a
former marriage.

The person in question is a united states citizen by
virtue of his birth in Honolulu, Hawaii on Aug.4, 1961.
He is living with the applicants’ spouse in Honolulu,
Hawaii. He xxxxxxxxx is considered the applicants step-
child, within the meaning of Sec. 101(b)(1)(B), of the
act, by virtue of the marriage of the applicant to
childs’ mother on March 15, 1965”

There’s no “W. L. Mix” signature...
There’s no mention of “the child’s” name...
No mention of the mother’s name...
The only identifier is Lolo Soetoro’s case number, “A14 128 294...
No mention as to how it was determined that the child was a United states citizen...a Certificate of Live Birth? A COLB? A newspaper announcement? Did the mother cross-her-heart-and-hope-to-die, or swear on somebody’s grave?

Big question - why is this set of FOIA docs to Kenneth Allen rife with redactions when as originally released they weren’t? And are ALL the redactions and “moved” pages the pages relating to Barry?

The Soetoros were married in 1965. Lolo Soetoro was the only father BHO II knew.

Before the marriage, Lolo had agreed to return to his home country after he was provided an education at a US University, housing/food allowance and a stipend for living expenses. Everything changed in 1965.

Returning to Indonesia would not give him the opportunity to provide for his wife and child. Adoptions are not instantaneous and can take several years. Lolo and SAD Soetoro were appealing to INS to grant them a waiver of terms and conditions previously agreed to because of hardship.

Even though the adoption process began in 1965, by 1967 the adoption still had not been finalized. But, since the Soetoros were claiming hardship, the INS investigated the citizenship and parentage of Barry Soetoro. They found Barry Soetoro was still Barack Hussein Obama II and his father was still Barack Hussein Obama because the adoption had not been finalized.

Once the adoption was finalized, Lolo Soetoro was listed as the father on Barry Soetoro’s Hawaii COLB. Now Lolo Soetoro was legally and officially Barry Soetoro’s father with all the rights and responsibilities a father undertakes to provide for his child. As luck would have it, Lolo’s agreement to stay for two years after his education was completed had fulfilled and he was allowed to return to the US in 1968.

Also, in 1974, Lolo Soetoro was denied entry into the US because he filed a Non-resident Alien US Federal Tax Return in 1973 and expatriated in himself by leaving the US. SAD Soetoro learned a valuable lesson in 1974. Filing the wrong tax form can have severe consequences for a Permanent Resident Alien.

That is simply not true.

You are incorrect, sir. Constitutional law clearly points to the fact that both parents must be citizens to be natural born. Being born in this country or being naturalized confers citizenship but natural born is a specific status created by the Founders to prevent undue foreign influence on the Presidency.

A lengthy Freep post on four Supreme Court cases concludes, "the Supreme Court of the United States has never applied the term “natural born citizen” to any other category than “those born in the country of parents who are citizens thereof”.
Minor v Happersett in 1874 was clear that "At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also.These were natives or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners."
