I'm working on another thread about how the Elites seem to be in full Civil War right now, and the ATF is really a prime example, it looks like the current administration's open and blatant plan to grab guns is being exposed, big time.
I will acknowledge a lack of sources at the moment, they all seem to lead to an Examiner story, but ATF's own site acknowledges the program. This is a developing story and I'll add more links as obtained.
Operation Castaway. Used in conjunction with Operation Fast & Furious, the program has allowed the release of THOUSANDS of guns in Honduras. These guns then make their trips through the smuggling channels to Mexico, South America, and beyond. This is a SEPARATE but related operation from Fast & Furious! How many other smuggling ops does ATF have going RIGHT NOW??

I’ve been meaning to ask this for a while, and I have no intention of hijacking the thread: is abovetopsecret the website where Jared Loughner was posting?
I just can’t quite grok what F&F hoped to achieve by gunwalking. I could see stings to catch smugglers, but they did NOT catch the smugglers; instead the guns were allowed to walk into Mexico and heaven knows where they went. The devious and often inhumane plots hatched infamously by the US CIA in the fifties and sixties were much saner than this. As for pointing to all the guns and saying “look! a US made monster! ban it!” did F&F really believe it could hide the fact that it injected the weapons in the first place as well as preventing the operation of the normal means that would have stopped them from walking?

Yep, they thought that if they increased the count of guns traceable to the US captured in Mexico that they could take our guns away.

Obama would be so low as to try to arm the opposition, not by straightforwardly dropping munitions to them, but by letting Mexico’s walked overflow slop over to them.

No offense intended, but what country have you been living in the past twenty years? Alphabet agencies routinely expect to get away with anything because they already have. Google "history of atf abuses", and you will get over two and a half million hits. It's now or never time to reign in the tyrant class.
