So the administration has embraced the violent imagery of Interior Secretary Ken Salazar who said administration officials would keep their "boot on the throat" of the energy giant to make sure the company does all it can and more to address the problems caused by its uncontrolled ocean gusher.
Holding a "boot to the throat" of business has been exactly what this administration has done. Now Barack Obama transitions from President to dictator.
And here comes the deathblow for the United States economy. Obama is ruling by edict that which he could not achieve legislatively.

This is what I’ve been talking about to anybody who will listen. This guy is a one man depression by his own doing. He wants to bring this country to its knees for his own personal gain. And he is using every dirty trick he can think of to make it happen.
How can anyone still believe that Obama is doing anything but destroying the country little by little? Why are we putting up with this - and from someone who is not one of us - a real American? Haven’t we see other tyrants do the same things? - Adolph Hitler, born in Austria quickly comes to mind.
Our elected reps in DC are playing by Marquis of Queensbury Rules while Obama is fighting dirty with a shiv in his hand. We are going to have to take a stand and fight back, so now’s the time to decide individually where to draw the line. Things could get rough.
Wait until the EPA makes all these coal fired power plants shut down. Thats really going to stimulate new business.

OTOH one should certainly contemplate how many of the 300 million people are just like the idiot.
No one man is causing all of these problems. The corruption and manipulation are an accumulation of years and years of moral values deterioration and he is only a sign of what is going on behind the scenes. Almost everyone in congress is corrupt to the core (all of them) and have been for YEARS. All of the people below them are "actors" on a stage who have to follow along or be terminated.
Every Federal official I have met at high levels in agencies (and I have worked for more than one) are themselves corrupt and the people under them have to follow along or be terminated. Almost all public school officials at high levels are corrupt beyond your imagination and the people under them are forced to dance on the wire or face unemployment.
One criticizing the other for political gain is merely a strategy to put another corrupt candidate in the place of the one removed. If a leader has real values and wants to do what is right (s)he is unelectable or unappointable. The people, no people, are going to tolerate a leader who does not share the values of the people. If the values of the people (think about all of the immigrants from everywhere who have brought their sorry values here now) conflict with the leadership, the leadership cannot govern. We are at that point and it is getting worse. This issue is, in my mind, the overriding one facing our society.
Take for example the mosque up in Michigan where a fist fight broke out over being more political (i.e. eventual violence over Islam) and deciding to not become political. A group within that mosque is not going to tolerate a peaceful approach to being muslim, they're going to insist on active, aggressive moves and will not be satisfied no matter what. They will not tolerate the views of certain leaders.
The end of this is going to be tragic. Look at the collapse in Argentina in the late 1990s. A line from Wikepedia tells it all, "In the meantime, government spending continued to be high and corruption was rampant.". We are headed down the same road and one man is not causing that to happen...it is a whole group of men and women in leadership living in a moral vacuum. We do not have core values and no one group can establish those values any more democratically. Looks like we are ready for our Caesar....

Absolutely right. As much as I detest Obama, have to recognize that this has been going on for decades. A cast of thousands (more likely millions, Obama is just the culmination, the team captain. He is an expression of the how all too many Americans think. All too many people are driven by envy, jealousy, covetousness. Our current mess is the outcome of that mess. We need to get to the root. Our culture is an ungodly mess. Nothing short of a spiritual transformation will do.

You take the first dose in 2010 and the second dose in 2012 and simply don’t engage in such behavior again; otherwise, it could become permanent and eventually wipe out all life as we know it.
Several states are already on top of this, like Virginia and New Jersey, and apparently now Massachusetts, with many more seeing the writing on the wall.
