There have been a lot of flashmobs that have resulted in social disorder. I have three questions:
1. What sites, media are begin used to generate them?
2. Are there any watchdog sites and if not, how should these mobs be countered?
3. Is there any way that signs/etc. could be placed ahead of time to warn people from info posted on the net?
then again, why should law abiding citizens have to be “warned” about flash mobs....we have every right to live peacefully .....flash mobs better start getting the “warning”, not us...

One poster suggested that mass riots could break out near elections giving "The Divine One" an excuse to cancel an pending election.
The first of these things to get publicity were “cultural events” with theater and choral troupes assembling to stage a dance scene or sing the Hallelujah Chorus. The possibilities of the technique, of course rapidly spread to less savory participants and intentions. Now we have the black gangs in Peoria seeming to be intent o making the city unlivable for non members. This crap is spreading rapidly and may be the thing that finally induces me to get a carry permit. I have avoided that to date because I don’t want my name on the first list the government will use when/if they decide to confiscate.

Today, Glenn Beck was discussing the ‘tweets’ from the group of tolerant liberals who bothered his family in the NYC park last weekend.
The person seated behind Beck tweeted something rude about sitting behind Beck. Someone tweeted back suggesting the person behind Beck’s family should ‘accidentally’ spill something on them. Moments later, his wife had wine spilled upon her back.
Beck was saying this stuff gets posted on line some where, it doesn’t go away.
While I know a lot about technology, there is far more that I don’t know. Hoping this thread eventually answers that question.

I think we need to sieze their 'serious crisis' before they do and declare it is the result of too many fatherless children caused by paying single women to have babies via welfare. We need to fundamentally transform welfare to remove incentives to have multiple babies without a plan to support them. If we start getting this idea out loudly now, this can be the issue.
Question: "Why bother?" Just keep things from spreading and let 'em eat each other.

Yeah, and I found the girl who was sitting next to Beck, her twitter and foursquare accounts in 30 seconds. I just need some beginning to see where this flashmob coordination came from.
Thinking it centers upon Uncle Sugar giving away free cell phones so the po’ can find jobs. Yeah, they’re pulling off “jobs” with those free cell phones.
Two years ago, FR had reports of this stuff in Philly.
Then, if they still come in, lock the doors behind them and call the cops. (for whatever that is worth...)
These do well against mobs.
