Levin hits anti-Palin bias at Fox News
The Right Scoop ^ | June 1, 2011 | Mark Levin, via The Right Scoop

Posted on 06/01/2011 7:09:22 PM PDT by Virginia Ridgerunner

Levin says it would be better if some of these ‘conservatives’ on Fox News who reject Sarah Palin would just come out and say it instead of telling us over and over she can’t win. He specifically calls out Brit Hume, Charles Krauthammer, and Bill O’Reilly and says it’s remarkable that they know who can win and who can’t. He goes on:

Did you hear the news today? They said Christie and his wife used the government helicopter to go to their sons ball game. Same old! Same old!

Yeah, well I heard The Won has his wife, kids, and MIL living in a taxpayer-owned facility RENT FREE!

Funny how that works. Went without TV for months after moving, now we have it again, and never watch Fox news. Or any other"news" channel. Must have been some sort of addiction?

Mebbe one of those things you step back from, and see it was all so unnecessary. The illusion of an alternative to the MSM was pleasing for quite a while......

Maybe she could CALL Palin and ask her? I'm sure she'd tell her straight out if she promised to keep her mouth shut. Then if the answer is that Palin IS running, Bachmann just says that she's sitting this one out till she has some more experience. OTOH, maybe she's already done that, and got the answer that Palin is NOT running.

This assumes that Governor Palin even knows herself yet if she is going to run. Yes, I hope she plans to, but if you take Palin at her word she has not decided one way or the other.

True enough. I think there is a possibility that she has decided yes or no, and sometimes jump to the conclusion that she HAS, but we do have to allow that she may not have.

I know the pics with the writing on it are photoshopped, but do you realize you used a photoshopped image of the War Room, too?

Thus far, Palin is getting similar treatment as did the only Conservative candidate in 2008, Fred Thompson.

While Thompson did drop out, I honestly believe if Palin declares, she would be the front-runner. Thompson dropped out when he did because of money (among other reasons). I don't envision money being a problem for Gov. Palin.

While she may or my not win two early primaries due to location (NH) and religion (NV) (assuming Romney is in the race), the rest of the early schedule looks very optimistic.

Monday, January 16, 2012: Iowa caucuses

Tuesday, January 24: New Hampshire

Saturday, January 28: Nevada caucuses, South Carolina

Tuesday, January 31: Florida

Tuesday, February 7 (Super Tuesday): Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri, Montana Republican caucuses, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Utah

Saturday, February 11: Louisiana

When Sarah is president, she can make him the AG.

Fred Thompson was my man also. Unfortunately where I live in Washington State by the time we have our Primaries the candidate is already decided for us.

For every dollar they pay Palin, they get back a million in viewership ratings. Sarah pays all their bills.

plus I don't believe a Congressman has EVER been elected POTUS.

There has been to date, one, count them, exactly one Congressman elected as President, directly from the House. James Garfield, iirc...

After the 08 debacle a lot of people were coming up with alternative primary structures. One I liked had the states with the best GOP showing in the general getting better slots in the following cycle's primary. That way you can keep a lot of liberal-friendly states from selecting a milquetoast candidate (plus motivate the faithful to GOTV so their primary vote means something in the following cycle).

Levin is right. I'm tired of watching Ted Baxter play up to the left as mister fair and balance guy and listening to Charles find excuse after petty excuse why Palin won't become president.

Where the hell was Charlie's close examination of Obama when he was running for president?

I've notice how Fox is trying to insert their panel of experts over where Rush Limbaugh use to call the shots. Charles and others like him think they can be the next republican king maker. Sorry Charlie, the Tea Party is taking over!
