On May 16th, 2011 RebelPundit attended a MoveOn.org protest staged in Chicago outside a Paul Ryan luncheon. The protesters were unfriendly and hostile, as well as confused about their message. They also questioned MoveOn members and organizers about their opinion regarding racially offensive comments made by former progressive radio talk show host and radically liberal blogger Greg Morelli.

A poke in the eye, a finger poke in the chest, a shove backward, maybe a hard slap across the mouth. What will it take to start it? MoveOn wants to the be the grand catalist for pushing and shoving and poking us into a civil war. We need some “strategery”. So far, ignoring them but holding our ground is working. (Example: Wisconsin)
Here’s the problem - the provocation from the filth on the left isn’t getting them what they want. Therefore, they will continue to escalate the violence until someone gets killed.
When that finally occurs, all bets are off. Then, events will take on a life of their own.
“....the provocation from the filth on the left isnt getting them what they want. Therefore, they will continue to escalate the violence....” ========
I believe chances are that what you say is true and I see black Americans as partly pawns in a set up, and partly marxists. The unions who are all about marxism are a scourge on capitalism and the Republic.
But, when will we address Education in America? We are looking at mills for marxism from public schools, universities and academia, and another generation of the same churned out, who emerge at minimum progressives if not marxists. Still, our candidates and we the People, are crickits.
The videographer’s main problem is that he tried to have a rational discussion with irrational people. They weren’t speaking the same language. If this is on YouTube I’ll bet there are a whole lot of filthy comments by lefties calling him all sorts of ugly things. They don’t listen, they don’t learn, they only know “our side good, their side bad”.
What a sad state of affairs in this country.
What about the lessons of civility in our political discourse which we all learned from Tucson?
The liberals lectured us about the need for civility, and avoidance of anything that could be construed as inciting violence. How does that square with what’s going on now?
Or are liberals exempt from the lessons of Tucson??????
No - they are merely following Lenin's dictum: "Accuse others of what you do." This is written into liberals' intellectually dishonest and morally bankrupt DNA.
These disparate institutions are now beyond mere reform. We discuss the amount of money that should be taken from us and allocated to education without ever considering what is being taught or how it is being taught. Our priests, pastors and preachers for the most part speak of "collective salvation" and the need for our commitment to "social and economic justice". (It is principally why I remain 'unchurched' to this day.)
One does not 'reform' cancer.
One does not 'negotiate' with a crip[pling disease.
One does not 'buy off' the plague.
Consider the implications and the choices that must be made if we wish to restore our republic and remain a free people. Yes - it has come to that.
why don’t the rinos address this issue in public?
oh, i forgot, rinos are castrati.
What you are saying happened before. Radical protest groups like Weather Underground and the Symbaniese Liberation Army kept escalating until they were no better than common criminals. Violent rage leads to murder, kidnapping, armed bank robbery.
” Yes, it has come to that.”
I am afraid you’re right. I am hopeful that the Tea Party believers will take on Education as private citizens, individually, in their own communities at their own school board meetings, in their state, etc. And of course pummel candidates to lift the stone where all the wigglies reside.
The light has not yet even been pointed to public schools, university and academia, except in the broadest, disparate of terms. This is our fault. We have demanded so little from ourselves, our candidates and our institutions that it’s quite bad times ahead.
Unfortunately for us all, most of what passes for law enforcement is now on their side.
