Did Barack Obama just stop his own possible bloodless coup detat in its tracks when he released his long form birth certificate? He now clearly reveals his father was a subject of the British Royal Crown rendering him, Barack Obama II, ineligible to assume the U.S. Presidency!
Obama Sr. was a member of the Luo tribe from Nyangoma Kogelo, Nyanza Province, Kenya, which at the time was still a British colony, writes Aaron Klein with researcher Brenda J. Elliott, for World Net Daily. Our U.S. Constitution states: Article. II. Section. 1. No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of the President. . .
The Manchurian President authors cite the theory of Swiss legal philosopher Emmerich de Vattel who was read by our Founding Fathers. De Vattel writes in Book 1, Chapter 19, The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who were citizens. . .In order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.
The fact that Barack Obama does not meet the natural born requirement was a key argument in the Kerchner v. Obama .
Now, Jerome Corsi,
..revealing an inconvenient truth posed by the birth of the Nordyke twin girls. He says, As WND reported, the long-form birth certificates issued by Kapiolani to the Nordyke twins have certificate numbers lower than the number given Obama, even though the president purportedly was born at the same hospital a day earlier than the Nordykes

The Racer’s have the race card
Mr. Trump has the Rezko card.
>>...Judging by his supporters on this topic alone, FR is well infiltrated and America is in deep trouble....<<
I read something truly depressing earlier today, along the lines of, “If the race for President were between GOD and satan, about half the country would vote for satan.”
There may be more than a grain of truth in that, unfortunately.
Someday, the politicians will get around to clarifying who can run for president, and they'll probably make anyone who has lived in the US at least one year eligible (not too much exaggeration). I don't see any will among most politicians or courts (also politicians) to arrive at any honest interpretation of the founder's intent on this issue.
It will be another way of pandering to the immigrant (legal and illegal) interest groups.
“No Woodward and Bernstein this time around, but who has a bigger megaphone than Donald Trump at the moment???”
***
Key phrase there is “at the moment.” Trump is looking for publicity. He’s not really serious about this issue and I don’t think his possible candidacy for president is serious either. When he has milked enough out of this matter, he will be gone.
That's a key question. I've posted before that the BC certificates might have been pre-numbered and batches sent to the various locations authorized to use them.
Pre-numbering would give a very important control and make it more difficult for people to forge or counterfeit BCs: they'd have to use numbers already used on a legitimate BC, or use some number never issued by the state.
Whether BC forms were pre-numbered in 1961 is an important question. Someone has probably answered it.
I believe the Daily Pen demonstrated.
1 ) Each Hospital and region send a batch of BC’s to the State.
2)The State makes sure, for each region batch, the doc’s are in chronological order.
3) The BC numbers are assigned.
The births are them sent to the newspapers in batch/date order
That’s why 0bama’s notice is near the end of the newspaper column, even though babies born Aug 5 would be ahead of him
If it is so clear, please explain SR 511, maybe it wasn’t quite as clear as you would have us believe.
Maybe you need to cut and paste whatever you're talking about and explain why you think it is clear and that it applies to Obama.
Maybe they didn’t use pre-numbered forms to help control and account for all issued forms, but it’s pretty careless to not do that for a form used in this manner. An entity can easily use pre-numbered forms for control and also assign a later number for the actual birth recorded.
Actually, the Nixon haters went back to 1947 and never gave up. Conservatives were the ones defending the non-conservative Nixon. Obama, on the other hand, is actually beloved by at least 50 million Americans who see him as their secular saint.
The fact that this thread does not have 1,000’s of responses speaks volumes. People don’t give a sheite, how sad do you suppose that should make us.
You’re talking about a Senate Resolution? Those things settle NO legal questions and have no force under law.
If you don’t know, it would be pointless.
Educate yourself, before you form such solid opinions, that are demonstrably wrong.
The top director of the agency in charge of releasing long forms states otherwise. A long form birth certificate matching all known qualifications of such is publicly available.
If you have proof of its invalidity - PROOF, not speculation - then show it.
As far as some of your other points - that nobody vetted or challenged this candidate, and that Obama has no respect for the Constitution, well, I couldn't agree more.
"OR a citizen...at the time of adoption"
Someone pinch me...but isn't the Constitution itself drawing a distinction between "natural born" and "citizen"?
For those who were "mere" citizens at the time of adoption of the US Constitution, they were eligible to the presidency.
Afterwards, "Only" natural borns were eligible.
PM, BD, AG, BB -- am I reading this wrong? Have I forgotten something about grammar, sentence structure, meaning? Help me out here.
I don't propose to you that Obama's birth certificate is real.
I do propose to you that nobody has yet produced any compelling and convincing evidence that it is fake.
Will someone produce such evidence tomorrow? Perhaps. But as far as I can tell, it hasn't been done yet.
I have been through pretty much every point advanced to purportedly demonstrate that Obama's long-form birth certificate is fake. At this point, we have probably several things that are suggestive and worthy of further investigation. We also have numerous other points that fall short, with probably no practical pathway to gaining the proof needed to get past their deficiency.
I have suggested a few paths that might actually prove Obama's ineligibility, from the angle of inauthenticity of the long-form birth certificate. Do feel free to dig deeper.
The obvious explanation is that a manual typewriter was used, and the typist did not have the shift key depressed all the way at the exact moment the O struck the page. It used to happen all the time on manual typewriters. Less depending on the skill of the typist.
Lol, arrogance won't save you here. SR511? That's a senate resolution and it answers NO legal questions, established NO legal precedent, and has NO force in law.
It just means a group of politicians (senators in this case) got together and agreed that in their personal opinion that carried no legal weight that McCain was eligible to run as president.
They're probably 100% correct, but their personal opinions carry no legal weight.
And this just once again illustrates what I've said on FR many times: The legal meaning of Natural Born Citizen has never been defined to cover all possible birth circumstances of parentage and birthplace.
B) Who in D.C. has the balls to stop the wild spending and drive toward socialism?
Once you realize that the answer to both questions is "no one" I think you that you are intelligent enough to see the futility of your quest and move on to issues....???? that we can actually.....DO.....something......about?....Really??
It seems to me that one of the most critical questions is, how can we get more people in DC who have balls?
I'll use my own posts as an example.

Yours is a stupid statement and one which attempts to set a false premise!
