An article by the Associated Press published at The Drudge Report on April 23, 2011, states that “accessing some Obama birth info is easy” and repeats the false information that a “Certification of Live Birth” is “the only type of birth certificate the state issues.”
Just last week, reader and contributor Miki Booth had reported to The Post & Email that Hawaii State Senator Sam Slom “is well aware of the shenanigans going on at the Department of Health, and that he found out just today or yesterday that somebody received a long-form copy. He said that they’re just “messing around” and are being very selective.”
Slom has expressed his own questions about why Obama would “spend millions of dollars” hiding his school records, public service records, and his original birth certificate from the American people.
Last month, a requester had obtained a copy of her daughter’s original Certificate of Live Birth from the Hawaii Department of Health without incident. Reader and writer Miki Booth, whose husband and son were born in Hawaii, explained the differences between the “short-form” and “long-form” birth records to her U.S. senator here. As previously reported by The Post & Email, her son’s long-form birth certificate contains fields for such items as “the signature of the attending physician or midwife” and “Date received by local registrar.” It also contains the signatures of both parents, their birthplaces, and address.
The “basic information about his [Obama's] birth” to which the writer of the AP article, Mark Niesse, refers, is called index data, which the Hawaii Department of Health describes as “name and sex of the registrant, type of vital event, and such other data as the director may authorize…”

Even Chinese Nationalist President Sun Yat-Sen managed to get himself an “official” Hawaiian birth certificate when he was born near Canton, China in 1866.

More people are catching, no thanks either to mainstream media, Donald Trump, or even, disappointingly, to one of my favorites, who seem unlikely to be a target of the FCC or Justice as Levin, Limbaugh, or Beck obviously would, Victor Davis Hanson, who doesn't understand the definition of natural-born citizenship, or that it is different from native-born citizenship, the category Barack used for himself.
There are but two fundamental types of citizenship, natural, and naturalized. Naturalized citizenship comes from the Constitutional authorization of Congress to “Create An Uniform Code of Naturalization.” Natural citizenship comes from natural-law, from whence came most definitions used by our framers. By far the most popular exposition of 'the natural law', the most cited legal reference in all American jurisprudence between 1779 and 1821, is Vattel's Law of Nations. Currently, it is anathema, because, while it is not the only source for the definition of natural born, 'native,' 'indigenous,' or 'birthright' citizenship, it is the most concise, in the libraries of Jefferson, Washington, Madison, Jay, Marshall, Wilson...every founder and framer.
Read Mark Levin's Liberty and Tyranny, p37, Madison's letter explaining why the natural language is important - it preserves the intention of our founders. The meanings of words change over time.
Barack defined himself in the terms of Title 8 from US Code, based upon the 14th Amendment. The only reference you will find to ‘natural-born’ or ‘natural born citizen’ in the U.S. code is to the Constitution. But you will find over three thousand references to ‘native-born.’ Barack what honest. Born in the U.S. of a citizen mother and alien father he is naturalized at birth by the 14th Amendment and Title 8. The 14th Amendment made slaves citizens, not natural-born citizen. It made Wong Kim Ark a citizen, not a natural born citizen.
The law, while obscure to most, inluding to this writer in the fall of 2008, is clear. Search Patlin, or rxsid, or Bushpilot on Free Republic for more documents than you will have time to read. Read Hamilton's letter to Washington about the primacy of Vattel. Read Ben Franklin explaining that the first three English editions of Law of Nations he provided to his colleagues in the Colonies before 1776 were in constant use (may have been 1762, but read rxsid for the exact date, and an image of Franklin's letter to Dumas). Vattel was our first law book at our first law school created by Jefferson at William and Mary in 1779. Chief Justice John Marshall, a student at William and Mary in 1880, cited Vattel when he provided the definition, one of at least a dozen citations, in The Venus, 12 U.S. 253, paragraph 289- “...Born on the soil of citizen parents.”

But first, learn why he is not a natural born citizen, and what it means for a usurper to sign contracts, laws, affecting the whole nation. Learn what it means for a usurper to have caused the deaths of thousands in foreign nations, and hundreds of our soldiers, having directed our military, whose officers are derilict in not honoring our Constitution as their oath requires. An Army judge altered the chain of command to prosecute a heroic Army Surgeon who did ask the correct question; they put the doctor, Lt.Col Lakin in Leavenworth, which is where those JAG officers belong after we have returned the Constitution to its primacy. The allegations are superfluous when we have clearly stated laws, laws reiterated by every Senator in April of 2008, by the Democrat-controlled Senate Judiciary Committee, in Senate Resolution 511, signed by every senator including Barack Obama from which hearings you will find the following clarification:
“My assumption and my understanding is that if you are born of American parents, you are naturally a natural-born American citizen,” Chertoff replied. “That is mine, too,” said Leahy.”
Ask why our senators passed a resolution declaring their interpretation of the Constitution as it applied to Senator McClain, but didn't chose to apply it to Obama, even though they were explicitly asked, by registered letters from, at least, a retired Naval Commander, Charles Kerchner, to do so.
That’s right and it drives me wild to hear Trump and other Obama doubters say that 0 has only produced a “Certificate of Live Birth.” NO! That’s what we WANT him to produce. All he has published is the computerized, garbage in-garbage out, “CERTIFICATION” of Live Birth.
Just like the John Edwards scandal you will only get the truth about liberals from the Tabloids....

Let me be serious for a minute: This is what is so sad about the Globe front page: We probably know more details about private citizens Shirley MacLaine and her brother actor Warren Beatty then we know about---or ever hope to know about---the life of the President of the United States, Obama. Sad. Very sad.

2. What is the name of the doctor who delivered him?
Why can’t they answer these questions?
