An article by the Associated Press published at The Drudge Report on April 23, 2011, states that “accessing some Obama birth info is easy” and repeats the false information that a “Certification of Live Birth” is “the only type of birth certificate the state issues.”
Just last week, reader and contributor Miki Booth had reported to The Post & Email that Hawaii State Senator Sam Slom “is well aware of the shenanigans going on at the Department of Health, and that he found out just today or yesterday that somebody received a long-form copy. He said that they’re just “messing around” and are being very selective.”
Slom has expressed his own questions about why Obama would “spend millions of dollars” hiding his school records, public service records, and his original birth certificate from the American people.
Last month, a requester had obtained a copy of her daughter’s original Certificate of Live Birth from the Hawaii Department of Health without incident. Reader and writer Miki Booth, whose husband and son were born in Hawaii, explained the differences between the “short-form” and “long-form” birth records to her U.S. senator here. As previously reported by The Post & Email, her son’s long-form birth certificate contains fields for such items as “the signature of the attending physician or midwife” and “Date received by local registrar.” It also contains the signatures of both parents, their birthplaces, and address.
The “basic information about his [Obama's] birth” to which the writer of the AP article, Mark Niesse, refers, is called index data, which the Hawaii Department of Health describes as “name and sex of the registrant, type of vital event, and such other data as the director may authorize…”

There was an Associated Press article in the Muncie (`America’s Hometown’) StarPress today: `Obama birth record an easy find in Hawaii.’
They cite the newpaper birth announcement; certification of live birth (released by 0’s campaign committee, which refers to his race, in 1961, as `African-American’); editorial opinions such as “so-called birthers’ claim” and the usual MSM lick-spittle rhetoric.
The AP, NYT and other demo `news’ organs are nearing full `flop-sweat’ over this issue.

Man, I can’t believe that...Shirley MacLaine bedded 3 guys in one day? That’s even bigger than the birth certificate story.
And I think they also cite the DoH computer print-out nonsense of birth names. LoL. That thing really means nothing. AP is beyond stupid.
Maybe old Shirley gave birf to Obama and one of those 3 men was Obama’s daddy!

But even your “Natural Born Citizen” focus is TRUMPED (pun intended) by the felony of having advanced false documents.
When you get right down to it, you need to get out of the legalese mumbo jumbo about natural born etc, we are talking straight up federal document forgery and manipulation.
Obama should go to jail after he is releved of office.
My feeling is he is a long standing con artist, slick double talker...never accomplished a whiff of anything before being thrust in as POTUS.
It is really is like some abstract fantasy nightmare.
An interesting conversation evolved this afternoon with the wife. Left me back up and say that prior to us getting together, she was heavily involved in an industry that is an element of services managed nationwide by health and human services departments at the national and state level. Prior to knowing me, my wife was pretty much a sheeple-type, and she would freely admit that. I have provided her a gentle education on many things and she has quickly come up to speed on much and has caught up to me in her disdain for most things government.
I have somewhat passively followed the “birther” argument; my interest has grown in recent weeks. In a few very brief conversations over the last month, I had mentioned the controversy, and that the HHS Director in HI had affirmed Zero’s status as a NBC. During these conversations, my wife asked me the name of the HHS Director, which I couldn’t quote at the time, as my wife had said she may know her.
Today, I spent a little time catching up on the recent storm that may be brewing, and while I was reading this thread (and embedded links), I asked her if Dr. Chiyome Fukino was the person she had known. Her eyes lit up and she said, “yeah, I know her....in fact, I’ve met and spoken with her 3 times, twice in HI and once more somewhere else”.
This is the FWIW part - I gently questioned her about what she thought of Fukino and the following was said:
-didn’t belong in her position; totally incompetent. Also was trying to remember how she got the job and thought it was a result of a family-political connection.
-mismanaged the programs my wife was connected to.
-was political as hell.
-couldn’t be trusted; my wife used the word “liar”.
-compared her to a combination of Jocelyn Elders and Nancy Pelosi
Further, I asked my wife if Fukino told you Zero was an NBC, would you believe her? She laughed......
So are the establishment republicans and every paid commentator at FOX News.
Being in Bobby Kennedy’s company was another story. Once, during the Kennedy campaign, Bobby and his cohorts invited a bunch of us Hollywood types to spend a weekend in Palm Springs. Some time after midnight, we retired to our hotel rooms.
When I was half asleep, my door opened and a man climbed into bed with me. I didn’t know who it was.
I rolled over on to the floor. I had to know a little something about the person I was having sex with. The man climbed back out of bed and left.
I got back into bed. Fifteen minutes later, another man came in and climbed in bed with me. I had no idea who he was either. Again, I rolled out of bed on to the floor.
This went on all night until I finally slept on the floor. I have no idea who the men were, or whether it was the same man.
When I got up the next morning, everyone was gone. Maybe that was the way the Kennedy crowd did sex — anonymously.
