I know a lot of FReepers aren't fans of the Chinese, but can we not imitate at least SOME of the things they do in regards to dealing with self appointed paramilitary groups working to intimidate the mainstream and terrorize business?

A bunch of “college” age blacks congregate in Galveston, TX once a year too.
Most of the businesses close for the weekend.
Bad for the businesses and bad for the blacks who just go to have fun. The business owners say it is just not worth it because of the theft, damage and people being arrogant loud assholes. By no means all of them, but far too many.

I can think of hundreds of small businesses who would jump for joy, as they welcome the promise that they never have to worry about another racist, punk-thug troublemaker coming through their doors. Many could even take "911" off of speed dial.
