Palin To GOP: Hit Em With Your Purse, Boys!
jenkuznicki.com ^ | 4/18/11 | Jen Kuznicki

Palin is right. The nation sent the GOP to DC in big numbers to FIGHT! And if they can't figure out how, watch how the girls do it.

Sarah Palin laid it down in Madison, Wisconsin in a speech that was called "blistering" and "withering" and demonstrated what the American people want the leadership of the GOP to do. It is not just what she said, but where she said it. The union battle in Wisconsin is the hot spot for revolutionary change.

The 2011 budget battle has been spun as a "historic" deal by the GOP House Leadership, but the numbers don't add up. The Speaker has his own talking points, and I'm sure Palin's speech doesn't sit too well with him, but what he thinks is not important. Like Reagan, Palin goes over the heads of the politicians, and makes a case to the American people.

"Because let me tell you what isn’t courageous: It’s politicians promising the American voters that, as we drown in $14.5 trillion debt, that they’re going to cut $100 billion out of this year’s budget. But then they cave on that and they reduce it down to $61 billion after they get elected. Then they get in there and they strike a deal and decide, nah, they will reduce that down to $38 billion. And then after some politics-as-usual and accounting gimmicks, we find out it’s not $38 billion in cuts. You know that $38 billion – we don’t have it; we’re borrowing it. We borrow from foreign countries to give to foreign countries, and that’s insanity. We find out it’s not even $38 billion; it’s less than $1 billion in real cuts. Folks, that $352 million in real cuts – that’s no more than the federal government is going to spend in the time it takes us to hold this rally today! That is not courage; that’s capitulation!"

She's damn right--it's capitulation. And it is plainly seen by regular folks. The performance by the leadership in the House establishes a pattern that doesn't sit too well with moms and dads that see their children's future going up in smoke by the actions of a far-left Democratic Party.

And speaking of girls, Michele Bachmann has been the consistent example of what the nation wants their GOP to do. Her fundraising reflects that, making more money than Romney, and with many small $5 to $10 donations, she has an army of folks willing to stand with her. What does she get from the leadership? Bupkis.

In the end, what the leadership thinks of you doesn't matter. The folks who listen to the American people will be strongly re-elected.

More from Palin:

"We didn’t elect you just to re-arrange the deck chairs on a sinking Titanic. We didn’t elect you to just stand back and watch Obama re-distribute those deck chairs. What we need is for you to stand up, GOP, and fight. Maybe I should ask some of the Badger women’s hockey team—those champions—maybe I should ask them if we should be suggesting to GOP leaders they need to learn how to fight like a girl!"

Low blow? Hell no. She's right. We are getting insulted and abused everyday by this administration. To every action there should be an equal and opposite reaction. Fight fire with fire! We are going to be rationed! We are losing control of our everyday lives! What part of all of this does the leadership not understand?

They should be using Newton's third law of motion: Whenever a first body exerts a force F on a second body, the second body exerts a force −F on the first body. F and −F are equal in magnitude and opposite in direction. The action and the reaction are simultaneous.

And that's the point isn't it? We got FORCED for the last two years. Rules, laws, the constitution, nothing mattered to the Democrats. They rule by force, and they still are. Boehner and the gang should be absolutely beside themselves with anger, or at least a little incredulous, for cryin out loud!

Only half of a third doesn't cut it when the House is where the purse is.

The GOP cannot save the red meat for campaign stops in the summer of 2012. We want you to loudly OPPOSE this President.

“the only people who say her negatives will make her lose are the beltway people who hate her anyway.”

The back stabbing Karl Rove wardheeler types, the hyphenated ‘conservative’ dynastic spiders, and all of the bleating sheep they have panicked.

“She sounds like Hillary or an x-wife.”

As an “x”-wife of a screaming, denigrating, abusive man, I resent that comparison.

Anyhow, surrounded by thugs as Sarah was, and after an excellent introduction by Breitbart, her tone was appropriate and the content of her speech was perfect.

"To every action there should be an equal and opposite reaction. Fight fire with fire! We are going to be rationed! We are losing control of our everyday lives! What part of all of this does the leadership not understand?"

What the leadership does understand is that for over half a century the majority of the people in this country couldn't care less what was happening to their Constitutional Republic as long as they were economically comfortable. Another thing they understand is how quickly the public turns on a dime rather than staying the course long enough to make permanent changes. After what, fifty or sixty years of democrat majorities restrained only now and then by Republican presidents, we finally got a Republican majority when Clinton was in and what happened? They pretty much balanced the budget and changed course but were tossed out and replaced with a democrat majority rather than being purged and having one Republican replaced with a better one. Now, I'm well aware there were and are plenty of Republicans who suck, take the path of least resistance, are RINOs, and just about anything else you want to call a politician. I hope it's finally obvious, though, that anyone permitted to run as a democrat candidate puts loyalty to the democrat fascist party way ahead of their loyalty to this nation and our Constitution.

It's clear, then, that until people replace bad Republicans with good Republicans or good Independents, but never, ever, under any circumstances, with a democrat, the democrat fascist thugs will be able to stay in the fight and be tough to defeat due to the decades they've had to entrench their corruption. And make no mistake, the democrat fascist party has to be totally destroyed. Not just trimmed down or made a permanent minority party, but totally defeated as a political force in any election anywhere in this country. They have to all be thrown out at the national political level, weeded out of all educational institutions, and cut off from State and Federal funds of any sort including payroll checks that should pay for civil servants rather than paying for democrat party servants. Everything the democrat fascists have instituted since LBJ took office should be carefully investigated and picked apart in order to bring the RICO suits and treason trials that any sane nation would have begun in response to democrat treason in Vietnam rather than wallowing in angst over Nixon. Nixon got caught trying to operate like a democrat, that's it, that's all. The democrat fascist party, on the other hand, encouraged, praised, funded, and rewarded with high office, outright traitors who worked with enemies of this nation to defeat our troops in the field and to destroy the Constitution here at home.

The democrat party is now and always has been the party of slavery, sedition, treason, secession, civil war, KKK terrorism, Jim Crow laws, eugenics laws, constant voter fraud, constant voter intimidation, anti-Semitic immigration restrictions (in response to Nazi Nuremberg laws), creators of anti-Christian mythology, creators of the welfare plantation system, creators of the education destruction department, advocates for infanticide and euthanasia, and is guilty of designing, implementing, and fighting to lavishly fund the systematic, eugenics driven, mass murder of minority infants. The democrat party has to be so thoroughly destroyed as a national political party that it is no longer a factor in national politics. Refusing to support less than pure alternatives over a pet peeve, sitting out elections, or doing anything that keeps you from helping or influences others to not help rid ourselves of these parasites while we're force fed democrat arsenic, is either deliberate democrat supporting fifth column activity or your personal agreement that we should commit national suicide. The entire democrat machine, including the democrat academic rewards and propaganda infrastructure, needs to be fought until, to paraphrase Bull Halsey, " ... democrat is only spoken in hell".

Regards

Most people who say they don’t like her ... have NO idea why they don’t like her. Ask them. Their responses are hilarious. Ask them about a policy or point of view she has that they disagree with. They can’t. The first day she was introduced to the nation, when she made that speech at the GOP convention, most of my friends LOVED her. Then, Obama and the media made her public enemy #1.

She can win those folks back. We just need to make sure we invite them to give her a chance before they make a decision. Even if we have to do it one person at a time.

* " And frankly, 14.5 Trillion deficits scare the dickens out of me! It’s time for drastic." *

* " If the debt is raised - and they’ll have to, if they don’t want defaults - then I want cuts as large as the stimulus, as large as the biggest increase in the last two years. All the fluff that doesn’t keep us alive, that can’t be directly tied to protection of our inalienable rights -— which are not the same as our wants and wishes." *

* " This isn’t time for the machete, but it’s time for some serious cutting." * .....

Cut the budget/$ 15 Trillion deficit machine...

Part of the problem is that the Krauthammers and Krystols and Roves of the world are of the opinion that “regular folks” are at least ignorant, if not outright stupid. Time for a housecleaning, methinks...

She had to shout. She had union thugs with bullhorns not only on the sidelines of that rally, but mingled within the rally of people who had probably come just to hear her speak.

Her voice is not perfect, but her MIND is practically perfect.

I'll take the later.

I am sick of slicked back smooth talking government trough gobblers throwing leftovers to the masses.

Yeah. Awesome.

When I see Sarah, I see a woman who speaks truth to power with clarity, intensity and humor.

She never leaves ya feeling like nothing can be done.

And I'll tell ya Glock, I've had the feeling more than once lately.

BRING ON THE GIRLS and the MEN who STILL HAVE THE BALLS TO JOIN IN.

I agree. But if I might add that it's useful to spend some time beforehand to make sure these people understand how dire the situation is right now - there's plenty on YouTube or in writing to help out - and it's now or never, literally.

That's what I do. And it helps tremendously.

WOW!!!! Heck of an essay!!!

I agree.

And you said it all without railing against the press specifically but keeping on the goal (of the socialist sobs). JUST WOW!!! Nice historical outlay.

________________________________________________

Wrong. I am not a beltway oriented voter and I do not hate Palin but I do not think that she can win, nor do I think she is qualified.

Her speech was a good one for the most part and a great rally effort. But she started by telling the public unions that their pensions are sacred and she hit obama for following the corse of action in Libya that she herself called for.

Palin has not appeared in a neutral (forget hostile) venue in two years. All her appearances and interviews have been love fests (except BOR on FOX). She has not put herself in a position to answer any hard questions about her experience and her policies.

When/if she does all the negatives will bubble up (wasilla ice-rink debacle, windfall tax on oil, quitting...) and 'fight like a girl' will sound exactly like what it is...a bumper sticker slogan.

Speeches do not mean anything in the world of experience and qualification.

When you build your career, your pension is a sacred item to you. Very. Union member or not, a pension is more than critical to the person holding it. Sarah understands that. So do I. Even if I hate the way the unions have screwed the taxpayers, I don't want companies sending out notices to people in their homes saying sorry you only will be receiving half of what was promised. Let the UNIONS work it out themselves. They made the mistake....let their DUES help out the pensioners....NOT OUR MONEY.

I want everyone in AMERICA to get a WAIVER FROM OBAMA CARE-not just unions and corporations who give to the democrats. IF OBAMACARE kills entry level jobs (as in the case of McDonald corp that got a waiver) then it KILLS folks everywhere.

IN America...we don't give waivers to some and NOT TO OTHERS when it comes to the LAW.

So being a successful GOVERNOR in SHORT ORDER before she left because of the lawsuits thrown at her-just go READ ABOUT WHAT SHE ACCOMPLISHED IN ALASKA it will blow your mind-is not good experience for running a nation?

You mean, having run your own business is not good experience?(Don't you wish obama had run his own business....even a tiny one...JUST ONCE in his swarmy life?)

Come on.

What qualification does she lack?

And ivy league education?

Hmmmmm.

Is that what you think?
