President Obama is not a good negotiator or off-the-cuff speaker. His forte is reading pre-written text on a teleprompter. So it is no wonder that, now that audio of the President's negotiations with Republicans over the budget last week have been leaked, Mr. Obama sounds more like an antagonistic child more than the leader of the free world.
Unfortunately for the President, closed-door meetings with Republicans and Democrats last week were accidentally "piped back" to the White House and then recorded. In them, the President does not simply disagree with others' points: he openly mocks and ridicules them.
Take for example his discussions on Republicans and ObamaCare. Talking with an undisclosed Democrat, President Obama went on a tirade, saying:
"The notion that I'm going to let you guys undo that in a 6-month spending bill?' I said, 'You want to repeal healthcare? Go at it. We'll have that debate. You're not going to be able to do that by nickel-and-diming me in the budget. You think we're stupid?!'"
On spending cuts and ending liberal programs, Obama continued:
"You guys want to have this debate? We're happy to have that debate. We will have the debate on the floor of the Senate or the floor of the House. Put it in a separate bill. We'll call it up. And if you think you can overturn my veto, try it."

If you made a list of the 100,000,000 most presidential Americans, Obama wouldn’t make the list (even if you get imaginative and assume he is eligible for that position).
The house needs to put the repeal of healthcare in the 2012 budget, pass it and send it to the senate with a note. Pass it or we’ll shut the govt down until it is passed and signed. the repeal is non negotiable.....red

This is just one more sign that this guy is sinking like a stone. Does he sound like he is coming from a point of strength? This guy is finished in ‘12 if the GOP nominates someone with some fight in them. Obummer is a weak punk. Just look at the silly juvenile way he treated Ryan in that dud of an economic speech.

He talks and behaves like a juvenile street PUNK.
He only cares about what HE wants, and doesn’t give a damn what Congress or America thinks about his royal edicts.
What’s with all the “let’s have a debate” crap? We’vew been having that debate for a couple of years. You lost it and passed Obamacare anyway, remember?
He talks about it like it’s some sort of dirty trick. Lemme tell ya, Republicans never expected this particular tactic to work. Big surprise, they know defunding can’t pass the senate, let alone survive a veto. Duh. They just wanna be on the record as having tried. It’s a signal that their tough talk is (slightly) more than talk.
Which makes Obama’s “bring it on” bravado rather pathetic. Doesn’t take Sun Tzu to know that bragging about your obvious strengths makes you look weak. “Let me be clear. I have the veto. In case you forgot. You know what a veto is, right? It’s that thing I can use. And I will use it, so no more funny business, mister.”
Yeah, let’s not bother with what the voters want, let’s just ram these programs down their throats.
Maybe the GOP leaders will wise up ... but no indication of that so far ...

They won’t. They GOP is now in the tank. It is just a show. They will keep Obamacare, Raise Taxes, and Raise the Debt Limit.
They will put up a stink of a fight. And then pass everything the Libs want.
