Sen. Jon Tester (D-Mont.) appeared on MSNBC and could not name ‘one tought choice’ he was willing to support as the whole budget process goes along. Instead, Tester claimed that people contact his office every day and say they are “willing to feel pain”, be it rich, middle-class, or poor- just not all of the pain.
