Do you think they can give Nancy and Barry cells next to each other in Leavenworth?

I would rather see them tried and hung for treason. Why should we be stuck paying for 3 hots and a cot for these traitors for the rest of their lives?

Geraldo came across like a trifling little closet liberal,as usual.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

I am SICK of Fox! I am sick of the endless stream of blonds, Marxists, and RINOs. I can't stand Geraldo, Shep, or OReily.

I pray for the day when we will have an Internet based, 24 hour news station that will sink the ratings of Fox news and the tepid “conservative” talk shows like the Titanic!

The talent and skill is out there. Also...How expensive could it be?

My husband and I listen to a Tex Mex radio station out of Corpus Christi run by a handful of Latinos. It's a great station with great music. Never pauses, Never skips. Great sound. If those guys can deliver music to our house 1,500 miles away, surely a truly **conservative **, Internet-based , 24 hour news program should be possible.

They were anticipating this before Obama got the nomination. Hillary and others tried to push a bill in the Senate about birth requirements. This is also why McCain was selected not chosen as the Republican nominee. He had problems if it came down to not allowing Obama to run. It was very clearly a set up to make sure Obama got in. They also had the advantage knowing that many honest Americans would not pull the lever for McCain.

Could be, Trump thinks this is his trump card to get an edge on Palin.

Whatever it is, I’m not convinced Trump really cares about the birth certificate.

I am not convinced either. Mostly because if he was SERIOUS he would not be discussing the moronic Birth Certificate. He would be discussing the meaning of Natural Born Citizen. THAT would be a direct balls out challenge to Obama’s claim on the Oval Office, and one that NO ONE could ignore.

Particularly Obama. I think the cretin might just pee himself... that is if Valerie will allow him to... Because that is basically accusing him of treason. High Crimes and Misdemeanors just about covers it.

Now the first person with the cookies to do that... that is a person I will pay some SERIOUS freaking attention to. Not to mention pray for at least 10 times a day.

[[I detest Geraldo and usually shut the tv off after the Judge,]]

LOL me too!!! I just turned it off as soon as I heard his whiny little liberal voice- between him, oreilly, sheppard, and kirsten powers etc etc etc- fox is going to hell in a handbasket lately- Every time they open theirm oths, nothign but bald faced lies come out- it gets sickening listening to them- Kirsten went so far as to declare theere is ‘no bias in the media- it’s not happening’ when questioned about the LACK of criticism i nthe press over obama’s constant flip flopping- for which the media would have DEFINATELY crucified the right- and infact they constantly do crucify the right even when the right ISN’T flip flopping! I couldn’t beleive that whopper she told tonight- The left has absolutely NO sense of shame!!!

What do you base that assumption on since you do not know him personally? Or do you? As Christians we are taught to not judge a man lest we be judged. We have all sinned and there is no sin worse than another in the eyes of God. An honest patriotic man stands for the truth & Trump, through all his indiscretions in his private life and failings in his business life, has never run from it or tried to blame any one other than himself. He has always taken responsibility for his actions and THAT is an honorable man. I don't care what the media says. And I will shout it from the mountain tops!

[[I almost want to work my way into a handshake line at one of the cretin’s public events with a recorder and confront him. “Resign you cretin, You aren’t a Natural Born American Citizen you British criminal. I demand your immediate resignation!”]]

We here at FR would like to encourage yo to do that- keep youtr chin up- we’ll be behind you all the way lol-

Hopefully Trump will push this issue VERY hard and expose the truth once and for all- and IF obama wasn’t eligible, EVERYONE invovled in covering it up should do prison time- that should clean out 1/2 the congress- it’s tiem to throw out the garbage, and start all over with folks who actually love this country and wish to serve the people instead of the scum we have in trhere now who are out only for their own gain

I support Trump’s efforts only if he does this without elevating himself or diminishing Sarah Palin.

If he avoids these two things while breaking the BC issue wide open, I’m all for it.

I tend to agree. I have believed since before the primaries were even over that McCain was seclected by someone other than the voters. It made sense. McCain had the same problem as Obama. It makes me think that some entity wanted an unconstitutional POTUS. With that ‘damned’ constitution in the way holding it back, the federal government is totally OUT OF CONTROL of the people, and we are nothing other than it’s slaves.

Progressives have for generations been trying to get rid of the restrictions the Constitution put upon it. The Constutition prevented their being able to control things the way they wanted to. Their answer was clearly to put into power an unconstitutional POTUS and bingo, no more constitution, and yet the people would believe that everything was normal. For a while anyway.

I would like to see every soul involved in this in prison for LIFE. No hope for Parole. No hope for Pardon.

Palin diminished herself on this issue & politically with true constitutional conservatives. If the country's national security, sovereignty & constitution was more important to Palin than political position, she would have done the "Trump" 2 years ago when we all first started asking her to press the issue. She stuck her political head in the sand & put her "political self" before her countries national security. Those are not the actions of an "Honorable" person and she will have to answer to her God for it. God put us here to serve He & others 1st and ourselves last.

Sorry for being remedial.

I keep looking for a summary list of ballot rules by state but have not found one. So I did a deeper dive into SD with your comments.

Hawaii’s law concerning presidential ballots is not bad at all. In fact it seems to have (almost) worked in doing what it should do in 2008. It does require a signed statement of Constitutional eligibility by the political party of the candidates. The document can come from either the state party or the national party. The law does not define what is Article II eligibility - it just says you must affirm it in writing to get your candidates on the ballot. The local party, specifically Brian Schatz balked. He is a local, he went to the same high school as Obama. He has access to a lawyer who represented Obama’s mother in a divorce. Between them, they know where all the skeletons are! And they balked at signing off on Constitutional eligibility.

The Democratic Party of Hawaii has basically admitted - Obama is not eligible. But many other states had to sign off that he was. So it is states where they did provide that legally require sign-off that people are exposed. But Brian Schatz and the HDP...they are not...they NEVER said Obama is eligible. You have to wonder how many representatives of state level Democratic parties would have signed off on Obama had they known that.
