I'll never forget him sitting with Brit Hume during all the Katrina propaganda. He systematically laid out the FACTS, with photographic evidence, showing that the fed gov, i.e. President Bush, did not react slowly. IIRC, he proved that the NG, Red Cross and FEMA were all there waiting in long lines of trucks to enter, but the idiot governor Blank0 would not give them permission.
Typically the cry of, I’m Non-partisan! arises from leftists who technically are not Democrats.

Garrett lost me when it became clear that he was backing Obama during the election.

If you want the job of reporting on the White House, you will get with the program. And all T.V. reporters work in that field because of egos. They’re in love with themselves and they love being recognized. There are NONE who won’t bend a story to keep their job.
Major Garrett was a huge cheerleader for Obama during the election. I could barely watch FNC because of him. He drank the Obama kool-aide from the start.

I’ll skip the whole non partisan thing and I observe that we are choosing sides in a civil war, in another country and fomenting insurection in yet another, Syria.
What in the heck is going on here?
The Middle East, 5 years from now, is going to be united as a single enemy against Israel and the US.
It’s going to cost us boatloads of money to resolve and we going to end up putting in dictators who, like it or not, can keep the peace.
How many more American lives will be lost on this muddled strategy?

I don’t understand why Laura even goes on his show. Maybe she wants the exposure, but I just don’t get it. She’s so much smarter and better than he is. The contrast is stunning.
