Comparing Tim Pawlenty’s cover and Governor Palin’s, you can’t help but notice the similarities. Courage to Stand was released over a year after the governor released Going Rogue. Let’s see how the two match up:

Yes they will. Hopefully Palin won't be the same.

"...This is why she won’t win, because she will never reach beyond this type of snarky voter."

Are you aware that Freerepublic took it's own poll of GOP hopefuls, and Sarah Palin walked away with 80-plus per-cent of the vote? Are you seriously asserting that 80+% of all FReepers are "this type of snarky voter?"

Pull your head out of that stinkhole and smell the fear dripping off of you, and everyone else who whistles past the graveyard of betting against Palin. She will take the nomination, and the Oval Office, in a landslide that's going to make your head spin... regardless of what a few of us say here.

If you happen to like Pawlenty's lipstick, just say so. There's nothing wrong with that. (_8(|) Doh!

Just know that the political season gets pretty heated, no matter where you choose to watch it from, or with whom. Cracking a few jokes about some schlub's choice of lipgloss is actually pretty harmless, unless you're an absolute tool.

It's not like somebody tried to accuse him of things he never said, or twist his record of accomplishments. It's just a silly jape. Get over it. As Sarah would say, "Buck up, or stay in the truck."

The most important column of your poll was “never heard of.” That’s because you can turn opinion around and you have a viable candidate. What are the numbers for pawlenty in that poll? 50-70%? Higher?

High negatives two years out? Who cares? 1% recognition?

I’ll take that against anyone you got above 10%.

Which, right now, is NO ONE......

Find a post where I have said anything as childish about Palin as some of these comments about Pawlenty. You won’t find one. My issue with her is this: She QUIT her job! She was elected by people who worked and gave money for her to be governor for 4 years. (Spare me the tape recorded message about the reasons she resigned.)
This is an issue, not some childish comment about Tim Pawlenty looking like a woman.

Tim Pawlenty looking like a woman.

Tim Pawlenty looking like a woman? What, does he have some sort of Guiliani problem, photos in drag?

He's always been a milquetoasty little mouse, finger to the wind, a day late and a dollar short, but I never thought Tim Pawlenty would do such a thing.

Tim Pawlenty looking like a woman?

Oh, you're one of THOSE PDS'ers. Thank you for clarifying that for us.

Sarah has nothing to do with the C4P site. It's run by a blog pimp with dozens of sites touting popular themes. I'm not even convinced that the pimp particularly likes Palin, but he sure likes the attention (click-through visits) her superstar name-recognition gives him.

‘Are you seriously asserting that 80+% of all FReepers are “this type of snarky voter?” ‘

Great non sequitur, Gomer.
Please check some of my prior posts. I have a long history of saying I will vote for Palin if she is the nominee, so there is no ‘fear dripping off of me’. (A little dramatic there, pal) I have issues with her yes, but not enough to make me stay home and not vote if she is the nominee.
The same can’t be said of many of you glassy eyed supporters. If she is not the nominee, you will stay home and usher in another 4 years of this socialist imbecile we have now.

Ah, I see...not only are you a PDS'er, but you're a Republican first and a Conservative a distant second.

Nice.

I have been clear about my issue with her resignation and commented on several threads. But feel free to start your file on me like you have others. Your level of dedication to Palin is seriously frightening dude.

The column/article is dumb and it serves no useful purpose.
I seriously doubt that Sarah Palin would approve of it. Ordinarily Stacy Drake is an excellent writer and warrior for the Governor, but this one should have remained unpublished.

86, actually I think is was 86.4 % of us snarky voters. ;>)

In 2012, this snarky voter, will be proudly voting for Sarah Palin, the next “real” President of the United States.

The day following her election, I am going to go around town and laugh at the libs and poke PDS’ers in the chest.

Oh, I will then take my flag out of storage and once again raise her 30’ up the pole..... where she belongs.

I will then thank God for blessing our country, once again.

It doesn’t matter what I am; the bottom line is that I will be voting for Palin if she is the Republican nominee. For that reason, I would be a warm body showing up for the cause you so believe. The PDS moniker doesn’t affect me one way or another. I simply like the Palin threads because they are lively and entertaining. I do admire the woman in many ways. She is a smart and savy person. I am just a wary voter right now.

The tricky part will be convincing others who are far less ‘conservative or republican’ than me to vote for her. I don’t think your level of vitriol aimed at folks who are not on the Palin bandwagon is going to convince many, however.
