When you've got Cindy McCain sent to Kosovo by her husband sitting with the Butcher General, Hashim Thaci, celebrating the "Kosovo Independence" declaration, I don't how that can happen.

But the Tea Party Republicans are another story, because they are not so in love with NATO, and planting a NATO Base in Kosovo was what this was all about.
