As a Nation we have lost the ability to comprehend what civil service employees are essential for service to the public and those who have jobs/positions to be a cancer for political power. If the governor’s intent is to get rid of the cancer and save bona fide service, then more power to him and the populace of Wisconsin. I tend to believe all states in the USA should be forced into the same choice.
