Post your dream ticket for 2012
President Allen West VP Sarah Palin sec of state John Bolton Sec of def Duncan Hunter
What say you?
Herman Cain/Sarah Palin, or Sarah Palin/Herman Cain for ‘12 President/VP. I agree with your cabinet picks. There are plenty of other, decent conservatives to put into a variety of other cabinet positions who would do well, and if they wish to be picked for such positions. Make Alan Keyes Ambassador to the U.N., again, until/unless the U.S., finally, gets out of the U.N. as well as kicks the U.N. out of the U.S. My question is about economic reforms: Should the U.S. go way more “free market”, or way more “protectionist”, or stay in between the two as best as they can, or do something else (And, for how long?)?
Beck as WH presser would literally make lib DUmmies heads explode.
I would take my picks very seriously the days of compromise is over we need strong conservative leadership across the board we need to quit picking moderate hands across the aisle candidates and take back or country
It’s my belief that the US should go far more protectionist for the short term, for example should we get a Republican (preferably Conservative Pres/VP) and have at least one house in the legislature. Current Court make-up would work, though a solid 6/3 Conservative majority would be better.
Only protectionist for the short run, though: go back down that route until we get out of the red and into the green, then open back up to the rest of the world. We should obviously stick with those who would and have fought alongside and died with Americans, like the British, Aussies, Canadians, etc.
Then I feel afterwards, trade with the rest of the world, but never again should we go back to free trade. It only hurts us.
I can see the chalkboards at every press conference can’t you?
My husband and Chris Christie....hey you asked for our dream ticket
My dream ticket was Pence/West. Now I’m just depressed.
Nugent / Norris
Ted and Chuck
Respect....Or else!
Post YOUR 2012 Dream Cabinet !!
ok.. and who should Ted and Chuck appoint as Sec. of State?
BTTT
Oh, please.
Did we learn nothing from 2010.
Allen West is a great man, but he is not going to be elected President. Same for Sarah.
To govern, one must first be elected. To be elected, one must first convince a majority of the electors that you should be elected.
We seem to forget that all too often when we nominate unelectable candidates. Allen West would be the first person to tell you that Allen West cannot be elected president, at least in 2012.
Palin/Ryan 2012
You sound so certain about something you cannot predict with certainty.
Given that almost any conservative candidate can beat Barack Hussein 0bama in 2012 it might be wise to hedge your bets a bit.
Fred Thompson - Press Sec.
Most critically, both know and are prepared to deal with the Islamic Threat. . .Sarah is competent, no question; and her 'moral reason' carries her well. Hunter, less known; but good company for those mentioned. . .
I love Marco Rubio as well; and think he is a great catch or would be. . .he has shared 'Freedoms walk' and he knows well, that which threatens America. He would be Dem's worst nightmare. . .
I would also vote for Newt. . .Jeb Bush. . .
I agree - not in 2012. But I think he would be good on the ticket. It is refreshing to have a representative in Congress who is not afraid to speak his mind. He'll take on any issue and throws political correctness to the wind. He's not afraid to get in Obama's face. I love that about him.
