America’s winds had the fresh air of Freedom on Monday. How surprising as it turns out the rag tag Tea Partiers were right about Socialized Medicine and the Ivy League professor types were wrong. After being lectured for the last two years and Nazi Pelosi marching through the Tea Party defiantly w/her oversized hammer, Judge Vinson gave them all a Founding Father sized pounding. Obamacare was thrown out for the purchase mandate which now gives it about as much chance of becoming law as a Korean dog dying of old age.

Nurse and administrative [in Chicagoland] in duties involving insurance, told me yesterday a little 85 year old African American man came in and during his hospital visit told her that Humana had called him up and told him they had dropped his diabetes coverage. He told her "he had never really believed in what that young man had say".

Another younger 79-year-old diabetic and paraplegic woman in Maine lost part of her Medicare coverage and is suing Kathleen Sebelius in Medicare's use of an “improvement standard” that denies some types of coverage to patients with chronic or long-term-care needs..

She also talked, she said, with legal services for the elderly and learned others were being denied care ["death panels" or aka "end of life planning"?].

"It seeks to put a stop to a policy of denying coverage based on an “improvement standard” which denies needed care, especially home health, physical, occupational and speech therapies to many sick, elderly and disabled people because their cases are seen as chronic or not improving" [she did improve after returning home].

This is the first federal "class" action.
