It’s not just an American tradition ... it’s going to be legal requirement as an anti-terrorism measure. Obama voted for a law that requires states to verify the validity of birth certificates from the issuing agency when you use your bc to apply for a drivers license or ID card. Think about the utter hypocrisy. Hawaii implies they can’t get Obama’s permission when Federal law gives YOU no choice when you go to your local DMV.
