I so sick and tired of the people saying that Sarah Palin is not ready to be President of the United States of America. She is not smart enough or she doesn't have enough experience. The founders wanted citizens to be representatives of the government. They wanted citizens to serve one or two terms and then have a new a new citizen come and serve. Well then I think she has the qualities that George Washington needed to be President.

BIO- George Washington may have attended a school near his home for the first few years. Later he went to another school, either in Fredericksburg, Stafford County, or Westmoreland County. He excelled in mathematics and learned the rudiments of surveying. But he was not taught Latin or Greek like many gentleman's sons, and he never learned a foreign language. Nor did he attend college. His formal education ended around the age of 15.

His older brother Lawrence died in 1752, and shortly thereafter George inherited Mount Vernon. He also obtained Lawrence's place in the Virginia militia and received a major's commission -- the first step in his military career.

George Washington spent the years between 1759 and 1775 as a gentleman farmer at Mount Vernon. He worked constantly to improve and expand the mansion house and its surrounding plantation. He established himself as an innovative farmer, who switched from tobacco to wheat as his main cash crop in the 1760's. In an effort to improve his farming operation, he diligently experimented with new crops, fertilizers, crop rotation, tools, and livestock breeding. He also expanded the work of the plantation to include flour milling and commercial fishing in an effort to make Mount Vernon a more profitable estate.

In June 1775, Congress commissioned George Washington to take command of the Continental Army besieging the British in Boston. He wrote home to Martha that he expected to return safe to you in the fall. The command kept him away from Mount Vernon for more than 8 years.  It was a command for which his military background, although greater than that of any of the other available candidates, hardly prepared him. His knowledge lay in frontier warfare, involving relatively small numbers of soldiers. He had no practical experience maneuvering large formations, handling cavalry or artillery, or maintaining supply lines adequate to support thousands of men in the field.

He learned on the job; and although his army reeled from one misfortune to another, he had the courage, determination, and mental agility to keep the American cause one step ahead of complete disintegration until he figured out how to win the unprecedented revolutionary struggle he was leading. Washington had little conventional military education to discard.

In an unconventional conflict, he learned from experiences that perplexed and frustrated his opponents. In his First Inaugural Address, Washington confessed that he was unpracticed in the duties of civil administration; however, he was one of the most able administrators ever to serve as President. He administered the government with fairness and integrity, assuring Americans that the President could exercise extensive executive authority without corruption. Further, he executed the laws with restraint, establishing precedents for broad-ranging presidential authority. His integrity was most pure, Thomas Jefferson wrote, his justice the most inflexible I have ever known, no motive of interest or consanguinity, friendship, or hatred, being able to bias his decision. Washington set a standard for presidential integrity rarely met by his successors, although he established an ideal by which they all are judged. * * * * * * *

Sarah Palin has more schooling then George Washington. He administered the government with fairness and integrity, assuring Americans that the President could exercise extensive executive authority without corruption. Further, he executed the laws with restraint, establishing precedents for broad-ranging presidential authority. His integrity was most pure. Thomas Jefferson wrote, his justice the most inflexible I have ever known, no motive of interest or consanguinity, friendship, or hatred, being able to bias his decision. I believe Sarah Palin would be be like George Washington. As President Sarah Palin would administered the government with fairness and integrity, assuring Americans that as President she could exercise executive authority without corruption. Sarah Palin would executed the laws with restraint, Sarah Palin’s integrity would be most pure, her justice would have no motive of interest or consanguinity, friendship, or hatred, being able to bias her decision.

Washington had little conventional military education to discard. In an unconventional conflict, he learned from experiences that perplexed and frustrated his opponents Sounds like Sarah Palin. She learned from experiences that perplexes and frustrates here opponents. Experiences such as hunting, fishing, gardening, playing team sports, being a student that graduated from college, bachelor's degree in journalism wife, mother, mayor, television sports, chaired the Alaska’s Oil and Gas Conservation Commission, Governor, first republican women vice presidential candidate. She done all these things and her critics says she not smart enough. So all the people who hired her, voted for her, worked with did it because she wasn't’t smart! Her experiences of just being a women and doing what she has done, makes here smart enough! I think some people who think she is not smart enough think that no women is smart enough.

Obama, Hillary Clinton can not match her experiences and no one in politics today can match her in the most important qualities that Jefferson said George Washington had! President Sarah Palin would administered the government with fairness and integrity, assuring Americans that as President she could exercise executive authority without corruption. Sarah Palin would executed the laws with restraint, Sarah Palin’s integrity would be most pure, her justice would have no motive of interest or consanguinity, friendship, or hatred, being able to bias her decision.

“-—Lincoln had a chance to be the great unifier, but he was a stubborn man who exemplified “It’s my way or the highway.” His hubris brought us a terrible, terrible war.”

Not disputing what you say but I heard that Lincoln finally did realize the error of his ways and sent a letter to the south allowing them to secede. But the letter didn't arrive in time to stop the war. Any truth to that?

O’s job is to bankrupt and destroy America. His job was never to improve anything here. The national debt has doubled in 2 years. $7 trillion to $14 trillion. This is to loot and DESTROY America.

The saudis bought the white hut for $700 million. The same people finance the death of American soldiers and who are major shareholders and joint venture partners with all 6 US TV networks which own over 90=% of the channels.

Joseph Farah gave Obama Joke at Tea Party Convention Feb 5, 2010 At a international medical conference that took place recently, doctors were all sharing their success stories with one another and a French MD says, “You know, medicine in my country is so advanced that we can take a kidney out of one man, put it in another and have him looking for work in six weeks.”

And not to be outdone, the German doctor says, “That is nothing, we can take a lung out of one person, put it in another and have him looking for work in 4 weeks. And to that the Russia doctor says, “In my country, medicine is so advanced, that we can take half a heart out of a person put it in another and have him looking for work in two weeks.”

Then the American Physician gets up and he says, “You guys are way behind. We recently took a guy with no birth certificate, no brain, and put him in the white house and now half the country is looking for work.”

Sorry for the Joke knowing how you like Zero!

None that I am aware of. In fact, all the evidence I’ve seen (and although I am an avid student of history, obviously I have not read anywhere near the number of works I wish I could have) suggests he wanted to punish the Southern states for seceding. Penning such a letter just does not track with Lincoln’s personality.

I’ll say this. If they can run her out of the game, there’s pretty much nobody they can’t run out of the game once they turn the flamethrower on them. Not the top-tier presidential candidates, not the rest of the field, nobody drawing any kind of check in politics, and certainly not you. Whoever you may be. If you think otherwise, you’re kidding yourself. Stop it. Right now.

I think an adaption of a child, by loving persons wanting a child, is a wonderful thing. In regards to your question, I have seen documentaries where the sign you speak of is in China. I do not know if it is an actual sign but more of a ‘for sale’ attitude within the Chinese government. I do not know this to be true, yet could be.

No need to insult the poster with that snide remark. If you have a differing opinion, post it.

Maybe it's time you realize that nobody is speaking for you except Sarha Palin. It becomes clearer every day. There is only one set of balls in the GOP, and Sarah Palin owns them.

If Sarah isn't defending your position as a Conservative, which I assume is your Political bent simply because you are a FReeper, than who is?

If you love America, and love her unique culture, you are Sarah Palin.

If you resist Golbalism and Socialism, you are Sarah Palin.

If you know in your hear we must fight to keep our freedoms, you are Sarah Palin.

The day is fast approaching when we will all have to make a choice. To do what is comfortable, easy and expected or do what is right. On that day we will all be Sarah Palin.
