I'm 58 Years old. I have been conservative since I made the mistake of voting for Jimmy Carter. He was supposed to be a Born Again Christian. He never looked to the Bible. He was pro-abortion. His policies were anti-Israel and also anti-American. We the people were to blame for the bad economy. He didn't have the guts to go get our hostages out of Iran and he is the reason the people of Iran are still in bondage.

I will say, “right now is the worst economy in my life time”, So Jimmy Carter is now off the hook. Obama is the worst President ever and the country is the most divided then ever!

Then came President Reagan... What a great man! The best President since Abe Lincoln.

Reagan had to fight the press, but nothing like what Sarah Palin has had to put up with.

There is not a man out there that says it like it is like Palin.

In the Bible God used Esther, a women, to save Israel.

The is not a Man out there in the Republican Party that Is MORE BOLD, MORE OF A LEADER and MORE OF A MAN, THEN ANY MAN OUT THERE... then our SARAH.

In her time She is the most hated Republican which she also has in common with President Reagan.

When I say I love Sarah Palin I mean I love her America as I loved Reagan's America.

I tell you this, there are a lot of Americans that would go to hell and back for her. I hope to live long enough to call her Commander in Chief.

And now they have the guts to call the use of Blood Libel as anti Jew!

She will be the biggest supporter of Israel and the Jews, this country has ever had!

God Bless President Palin, She has been my leader and President for 2 years!

I’m going to one up you. Not only did I vote for Carter, I actually worked for his campaign. But I’ve got an excuse. I was 18.

Some of the best conservatives were liberals when they were young!

Glad we seen the light!

Conservatives who keep looking to one person to solve the country’s problems are destined to fail...big time. Reaganists, for example, looked to one man to “save the country”. Was the country saved? No, of course not. Why? Because the founders knew something that modern conservatives don’t know. This country was never designed to be run by one man (or woman). It was designed to be run by a LEGISLATURE, tempered by an executive and a judiciary.

Conservative Christians (of which I was one) are always looking to a ONE MAN solution. The one perfect candidate who will “fix” it all. The perfect pastor who will lead them to the promised land.

The constitution (and it’s companion piece The Federalist Papers) never even implies such a solution. It emphatically created a STATE run federal government that intentionally created tension between those states, the executive and the judiciary.

Conservative Christians don’t actually want the constitution as it was written, they want a Christian Monarchy. IMHO.

Four months after I turned 18, I voted for George McGovern. Four years later, I voted for Jimmy Carter. I’m a Reagan conservative all the way now! In fact, when people would hear Rush Limbaugh program blaring from my truck and they would say, incredulously, “you listen to Rush?” My standard response became, “Yeah, he’s a bit too liberal but I like him anyway!” :-D

And that brings me to this point in time where I believe Sarah Palin has something to offer America as president as no other candidate does.

This isn’t a one man/woman show. We have a grassroots movement of average, everyday Americans working to take back this country. Sarah Palin has proven leadership skills that is crucial to this process but she isn’t the only piece of the puzzle. We have good people in place in the Senate and House such as DeMint, Rubio, Bachmann, Pence and Ryan. Plus we will add more in 2012.

We also have many, many people in state and local governments working towards the same goals. Add all the good people in the tea party groups, etc. who are donating their time and money to make this all come together.

So you see, this is much more than one single personality at work.

I’m a Christian Conservative who wants adherence to The United States Constitution. I believe most others are in agreement with me. BTW, Sarah Palin isn’t Monarch material as she has a servant’s heart.

I only hope we've got 2 years left to get to the Palin Presidency...

No need to lecture us, little guy. We know what the office of the Presidency's purpose and limitations are. We also know an extraordinary individual can make an extraordinary difference for evil (Obama) or good (Reagan/Palin).

PS. You're a myopic anti-Christian bigot whose lectures and and criticisms mean nothing. Good day.

I doubt you were ever a conservative Christian ... and liars lie just like that, claiming to be that which they actually detest. I suspect you’ve just outed yourself, obamnoid.

What great good can a President do if a legislature is out of touch?

Veto *everything*.

Go all Reagan on them and connect directly with the population, short-circuiting the media filters.

Issue Executive Orders disbanding *everything*, and let the statists fight it in court.

Order the military home and deployed along the border.

The options aren't endless, but they're vast.
