Talk at Kapi`Olani, would have been unabashed, the city of Honolulu at the time very racist towards black people.

Yes, a doctor of an adult would have access to records back to birth (hospital records) IF the patient never moved and the doctor were on staff at the birth hospital. This is, of course, uncommon.
Physicians may destroy records 7 years after last visit, hospitals, 25 years after last service. Each state sets it’s own rules, but that is a model Federal statute which most states follow.
I am nearly certain that there are no records in Hawaii (hospital or doctor records, I mean) pertaining to Stanley Ann or Barry from 1961. I’ve explained why I don’t find it remarkable that no one remembers, but don’t have too many takers.

I’ve tried to ask economics/finance people that question and what I derive from their answers is that Soros can only exploit economies that are not fiscally sound, so ultimately we need to get rid of our huge debt. And stuff like stopping to monetize bad loans, stopping the (oh shoot I can’t remember the language and my husband has loud guitar music playing in my ears. lol) hm.. derivatives? Is that basically buying shares in the odds of something happening?
There was somebody who wrote a book about how to stop financial terrorism. I remember seeing a thread about it here and have intended to find out what that was. I’m a financial moron so I’m not sure how much of it I would understand, but I think if we’re gonna get the country back to how it should be somebody has to figure out how to reduce our economic vulnerability, or else we are putty in the hands of whoever has the audacity to hold us hostage.
Did you notice how Obama said that Congress was holding the country hostage? The dems ALWAYS project onto somebody else exactly what they are doing. Always.
I think Soros lit a fire under GW to push TARP because he knew that he needed to further destabilize the US economy and make it even more vulnerable if he was to retain his ability to threaten collapse. If the conservatives we elected in the House can control the purse-strings and defund, defund, defund so we get some sense back in our fiscal house maybe there’s hope yet.
Although it sounds to my financially clueless brain like Soros is working on toppling the dollar so if that happens before we can stabilize our debt situation it’ll be really bad. Maybe somebody can tell me if I’m misunderstanding that.
I’m nervous about the Hollister case tomorrow. I think the person to watch is Roberts; I think he’s the holdout. I’d actually like Congress to bring up the question of whether to impeach Sotomayor and Kagan if they refuse to recuse themselves on these cases where they have a blatant, glaring financial and personal conflict of interest.

Would the doctor of an adult be able to get medical transcripts going back to birth by requesting them from the hospital of birth, or by getting the confidential medical portion of a birth certificate somewhere?
Have you ever worked at a smaller hospital? From what I’ve heard from asking around, some of the smaller hospitals keep records longer. I don’t know how large Kapiolani is so I don’t know if there’d be any chance of records from 1961.
But I’m almost certain that he was not born in a Hawaii hospital. If he had been there would have been no need for him to do a major amendment on his BC in 2006.
And there wouldn’t have to be this big mess with a signed letter from Obama on White House stationary with seal, with Obama allegedly saying he was born there.... but Kapiolani saying they can’t say if he was or wasn’t born there, and Obama refusing to say whether the letter was really from him or was a forgery by either Kapiolani or Abercrombie. What a mess. They want to claim that Obama said he was born there, but if they acknowledge that he said it then they have no reason not to confirm (if possible) whether he was or wasn’t born there. The end of it all is that Obama, Kapiolani, and Abercrombie all want to have their cake and eat it too - get the benefits of claiming Obama was born there but never have to do anything LEGAL that says he was born there.
That modus operandi (operandus? singular?) of never wanting to legally validate the verbalized claims gets real old real fast. Like nailing down jello, and there’s no reason for them to be that way if everything is on the up and up.
I agree with you that a doctor wouldn’t necessarily remember such a birth, based on my own poor memory of one-time facts. If the privacy part of HIPAA started in 2003, that was before Obama was widely known in the USA so by the time a doctor might have been curious enough to check out the records, if there were any, he’d be blocked from access.
But I also don’t think there’s a Hawaii doctor who attended the birth. From what the HDOH has said, I suspect that he didn’t even have a complete BC from Hawaii until he amended it by adding the missing required information in 2006.

I could be wrong, lg, but I have an idea that the MSM are at heart a bunch of cowardly bullies. Fear and submission emboldens them, and when they get get a Republican on the ropes, they swarm like mindless sharks in a feeding frenzy.
For example, when they moved in for the ‘macama’ kill, George Allen panicked, groveled and apologized abjectly. The media reacted like blood-frenzied animals, and tore into him with ever more merciless and shameless viciousnes. It was grotesque.
But what if he had come out swinging? What if he’d mocked and ridiculed the press, and told them ‘macaca’ was just an off-the-cuff word that had no racial overtones? What if he’d called THEM racist for seeing it where none was intended? What if he’d told them to be ashamed of themselves, for trying to take the focus off the issues and put it on one minor, meaningless little word?
Since it was a [trumped up] racial situation, they would probably have held on as if their lives depended on it. BUT, I think the voters would have seen through them, and Allen might just have retained the seat.
Otoh, look at one of the few examples where a Republican DID stand up to the yapping loonies in the MSM. McCain, of all people, was in the process of being painted as a mentally unstable warmonger for his highly entertaining rendition of ‘Bomb bomb bomb, bomb bomb Iran’. If he’d groveled, they’d have destroyed him even more relentlessly than his own inept campaign managed to do.
But he mocked them. He told them they were silly and absurd and lacking all sense of humor. He gave them, if we’re still allowed to stay this, both verbal barrels.
And they slunk off like humiliated dogs, with their tails between their legs. They dropped their idiotic attack once and for all, and NEVER alluded to it again.
Why more Republicans don’t fight back is beyond me. It is their only chance. But given a choice, they go the George Allen route...with predictable results. Sigh.

From the silly ‘macaca’ charge against George Allen to today’s absurd story that Jared Loughner is a tea party conservative who was motivated by talk radio and Palin to murder people. If they can blatantly lie all the time about these stories in your face, you can bet the world that they are easily lying about Obama’s hidden past.
