I don’t think there are any good people in this story.

So sad and painful to read that. The 10 Commandments are there for a reason.

Elizabeth Edwards' deathbed words will probably haunt John Edwards for the rest of his life. Can't decide if I want it to be a long and lonely one, or a short and well-haunted one.
Oh well, it's not up to me anyway.

She must have been pretty strong to be doing all that ‘screaming’. Usually cancer patients are barely there when death is near. They’re certainly not screaming at anyone.

You can't change the bad things you've done.
You can only live with them.

Elizabeth Edwards' deathbed words will probably haunt John Edwards for the rest of his life. I highly doubt it.
In fact, I'd bet money he left her bedside, checked his hair and bedded is mistress that night.

Edwards is a phony in every respect. It’s a shame it took her so long to figure it out.
To: presidio9
Why didn’t she just bar him from her presence and die in peace? And cut him out of the will, period, regardless of whether he marries the mistress.
Sounds like she died bitter and angry. I’m so sad for those young trophy test-tube kids they produced.

How sad, to die and be so bitter, I cannot blame her, it’s just all so tragic, mankind is a vicious animal in many ways ...

I don't know if I can believe this story. It is the Enquirer afterall. Plus forgiving someone cleanse the soul before you die. Plus how can she scream and yell on the deathbed with cancer?
To: presidio9
Are you sure this isnt what Al gore Screamed at W?
To: presidio9
On her deathbed, a hurt, angry Elizabeth screamed at John, saying You ruined my life Ill NEVER forgive you! She was willing to keep quiet about the matter as he was seeking the White House. She needs to let it go.

...Rielle Hunter for destroying her marriage and ruining the bright political future John Edwards had.
No disrespect for the dead intended, but I doubt Rielle ruined either.
Elizabeth, being a lawyer, should have known that. After all, she married an extremely sleazy one.
Prayers for the children.

That’s harsh. I’ve sometimes wondered if I would unleash some harsh truths on my deathbed. I don’t think I would.
