Sarah Palin never apologizes for what some attribute to her as weaknesses. Krauthammer recently criticized her as not looking very presidential because of her shows and books. But she makes it clear that she brings a different game than what some are accustomed to, and win or lose that’s what she’s going to stick with. She’s going rogue!

Sarah is like a Rorschach test:
She makes people lacking in intelligence scream,”She’s dumb!”
She makes those lacking in sanity scream, ‘She’s crazy!”
She makes those who’ve never accomplished anything scream, “She’s unqualified!”
It’s amazing to watch the psychological projection.
Like a crucifix to a vampire, her inherent goodness causes ...oh, hell, just read my tag line...
There is an old Irish saying:
May everyone love us.
And for those who do not love us, may God turn their hearts.
And is he cannot turn their hearts, may He turn their ankles so we will know them by their limp.
When Sarah’s charm cannot inspire love and God’s grace is spurned in the enterprise as well, she leaves more than a few twisted ankles in her wake.
It was a GREAT interview. She had O’Reilly charmed almost from the jump. She adroitly and politely knifed the dour curmudgeon Krauthammer. I saw Reagan use the same rhetorical techniques many times on his enemies. any hostile reaction to such a good humored, kind person as Palin comes off as misanthropy.

I’ll second everything you said. She is sounding more confident and undeflected in interviews these days- she stays on target well and makes strong, often quaint points.
She gets a little screechy when she does the crowd thing at times. That will smooth with practice.
She has a tremendous amount of energy and positively exudes enthusiasm for conservativism.
No stale Ivy league, big-word-talking-over-people’s-heads to impress the elite. She connects with average, working people and that is what will get her elected.
I do and I don’t agree. I don’t think she needs to grow up at all but I do think she needs to thicken her skin a little.
I think she also needs to learn how to express herself better at times. I don’t mean what she says but how she says it.
I really don’t think she is ready for all this yet. I think she has adapted well but all this exposure is going to take it’s toll.
