I’m glad I don’t have to fly anywhere.
I have to drive about 900 miles over the Christmas holiday for about 14 hours. I figure I’m still ahead of the curve!
Leave it to the government to destroy yet another money making (barely) industry!
That’s quite the point with this government.
Make you want to barf when this current regime talks about helping to improve the economy, or create jobs.... such hypocrisy.
I called Southwest Airlines to thank their vice president, Mr. Greg Wells, for speaking out against the TSA groping. The lady I talked to said they were getting many calls about the harassing of their passengers.
We recently got back from a two wk vacation to Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Missouri to see family. We decided to drive from California and enjoyed every minute of it.
I will not fly as long as this is going on. If I don’t want to drive I will take the train or bus.

The airlines are definitely not happy with this.
Really? I haven’t hear a peep of protest from any of them. They figure after a few weeks of outrage, the sheep will give up and just submit if they want or need to fly. If they do lose money, the gov has probably promised them some deal to cover the losses since this is not about airline security, but getting these draconian check points implemented all over the country. The airports are just their trial run to get people used to them.
Wow!! And to think this was taken during a non-holiday time. This should be REALLY interesting next week.
LOL...500 ft is normal for the Delta / TSA line at O’Hare in the afternoons...all those people needed to do is walk about the door to the American entrance and go through there...always works for me.
That line I would guess will be a qtr mile long on Thanksgiving
An incredibly long line containing hundreds of passengers having not yet gone through security,carrying uninspected luggage + one Swedish bomber intent on taking out everyone including the airport can’t be stopped using our current methods of airline safety.
I flew in and out of Chicago via Midway last week. On my return trip I heard a TSA agent bitching about how little time off she was getting for Thanksgiving and Christmas this year. What she was complaining about was a total of more vacation days than I’ve taken collectively over the past four years.
“The airlines are definitely not happy with this.”
And neither is the general populace.
And that seems to be what this administration is all about, making folks mad as hell with it.
Obammy couldn’t make a peanut butter sandwich without screwing it up and making bunches mad.
And the under-lying Aerospace Industry that is cornerstone for Military Aviation. But combine this the deb@!!ing of NASA, and you have a lot of unemployed white middle aged nerds, which may be part of the redistribution of wealth thing Obummer has going on...
