Not a man who believes in beating a dead horse, I am nevertheless returning to an unresolved issue that goes to the eroding of the Constitution, because I believe it is important not to allow this particular horse to die. The President, as the nation’s C.E.O., is charged with enforcing the law. He’s the Top Cop in the U.S.A.
Barack Obama continues to keep his documented personal, educational and professional history under lock and key, sealed by Court Orders from public scrutiny and evaluation. World Net Daily, under editor and publisher Joseph Farah, has been at the front of ongoing attempts to discover the origins, associations and activities of the nation’s highest-raking executive. Farah’s staff has been nothing les than heroic in the face of ridicule, criticism and derision from a national press corps that has provided alarming cover and concealment for the President’s ongoing refusal to turn over his cards. From my own career as a twenty-year veteran in law enforcement, the best analogy that comes to mind is as follows:
Let’s suppose that I fill out an application to become a police officer in your town. You, as a citizen with a family you love and a home I’m sworn to help you protect, want to be sure that I’m worthy and qualified to entrust with a gun, a badge and all of the powers that are granted to peace officers – including the authority to legally take your life under certain circumstances.
Your local police chief, as a part of his routine background investigation, requests the following information from me, in order to verify that I am who I say I am:
1) My complete long-form birth certificate.
I refer the chief to a computer-generated web-site that displays an abbreviated certification of live birth, which on its face is void, because the identifying number has been blacked out. He asks for the original document and I refuse to produce it.
2) My Social Security number.
I’m using a number issued by a state in which I never resided. The chief wants to know how I got that particular number. I refuse to answer his questions.
3) My college transcriptions and financial aid application records.
I refuse to produce them. The chief tries to get them and finds that they’re sealed by Court Orders.
4) My medical records, so the chief can verify that I have no conditions that might prevent me from performing my duties as an officer.
I refuse to produce them.
5) My passport records.
I refuse that request. They’re sealed, too.
6) On my application for employment I state that I lived for several years in a foreign country with my mother and a step-father who adopted me. The chief wants to see my proof of citizenship and repatriation records.
I tell him he can’t see any of that. Yep, that’s all sealed up, too.
Question: Do you think your chief should hire me as a police officer?

The press gave Obama a bye on this requirement because they liked his politics and he was a black man. This error is going to be very costly indeed, to the USA.
Ask the same people who redicule you for wanting to know about this man if they would let a perfect stranger who told them nothing about his past and even openly disallowed you to know about his past, would they allow this man to baby sit their children?

It ain’t the big lies that bug us, we expect them for a variety of reasons but the following cause an escalation of probing:
any small change in story or narrative. We just keep on talking past it and come back to it later. See how many times it changes or is embelished.
Failure to provide simple information or information inconsistent with information on hand.
Providing information inconsistent with reality.
Just a simple conversation that puts you in one pile or the other.

Forget being a cop, if anyone tried to get a job as anything above the level of a burger flipper or dishwasher they would be laughed out of the building.
If I was running a business, I wouldn’t want any such person at any job handling money, which would eliminate thing like supermarket cashier or bartender as well.

Send to every congressman and ask, why is this man President? He has never qualified. You must release documents to qualify. Not some document that says you have state records.
Books have been written and movies made about people with less than credible identity assuming leadership in countries such as has happened in the United States of America. It is utterly jaw-dropping. Thus far his biggest priority after forcing the dreaded healthcare bill, putting our nation into deep debt and other dubious achievements has been vacations and golf when he's not eating ice cream or eating cheeseburgers and fries (that his wife doesn't want the rest of us to have). This headline alone gives pause for who was elected and the reality of what other nations must be thinking about our leadership (and us as the people who elected this man who hasn't yet answered why he has multiple social security numbers in places he's never been.):

This nation killing corruption extends below the office of the President. It's found in all the US executive departments and in State and Local governments.
The rules only apply to the little people and the little people have had it with their governments of treason and traitors.
There’s not much point of trying to get it out of OBie this term but if it is made a requirement for next election you may see him not stand and quietly slip away from the limelight (kicking and screaming LOL)

This withholding of Barry Obama’s true identity speaks loudly of the corruption in Washington D.C.
Also, the Democrats have been adamant that we, the peons of the United States, have no standing in the courts to question the Kenyan Clown's eligibility, and that only the Congress could do so.
Guess what, Democrats? We now run the House. Even by the Democrats' swinish rules, we now have unquestionable standing in the House of Representatives to examine the Kenyan Clown's eligibility.
I certainly hope that at least one committee in the Congress will have enough gumption to do so.
We shall see soon enough if anyone is going to raise the issue in the House.
