The purpose of this thread is an attempt to explain a natural born citizen.

Lets begin with the words of Vattel in 1758.."Les Naturels ou Indigènes font ceux qui font nés dans le pays, de parens citoyens" the natural born or natives are those born in a country whose parents are its citizens.

When the United States was formed..the natives or naturals were American or United States citizens. This established a family of Americans, a class of American citizens. A group of Soverign U.S. citizens.

There is a word I recently learned, it is called Kind. Kind as an adjective means natural or native.

Kind (natural-native) comes from the old english word gecynde which comes from the latin jure hereditario which means by hereditary right.

From the 1911 Encyclopedia Britannica: "KIND (O. E. ge-cynde, from the same root as is seen in “kin,” a word in origin meaning birth, nature, or as an adjective, natural. From the application of the term to the natural disposition or characteristic which marks the class to which an object belongs."

What made me think of the word Kind..it came from the John Adams HBO series. Adams told the King we are related by Kindred blood. I saw the word Kin which we all knows means family..then I saw Kind in the definition. The dots are being connected.

There is an 1836 dictionary authored by James Richardson, born in 1776. Posted is the definition of Kind. You will see Kind with natural or native.

A natural born citizen is born from other members of its class..citizens of the United States. A natural born citizen cannot be spurious...born from US and foreign citizens.

A natural born citizen is born on the soil and born from the blood of Americans..born from the blood of United States citizens..a natural born citizens parents must be United States citizens...the son of a foreign citizen and/or British subject citizen cannot be President.

If Tom Tancredo wins in Colorado for Gov, he will ask for Obama's BC to see if he is eligible to be put on ballot in 2012.

If Nathan Deal wins the governorship in Georgia, the only Congressman who sent a letter to Obama asking him to prove his eligibility, he will likely ask Obama about his NBC status again to see if he is eligible be put on the 2012 presidential ballot.

Note the construction of Article II clause 5 of the USC: “No person except a natural born Citzen, or a Citizen of the United States, AT THE TIME OF THE ADOPTION OF THIS CONSTITUTION, shall be eligible to the Office of President;....

The founders (Washington Adams Madison, Jefferson et al) were NOT NATURAL BORN CITIZENS but had been born as British subjects. They were indisputably CITIZENS of the US at the time of the constitution’s ratification. Without the “grandfather clause” however, they were INELIGIBLE to be president. BEING A CITIZEN WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. The constitution establishes a SPECIAL CLASS of citizen for tha POTUS which has only been applied to 43 citizens of the US IN IT’S ENTIRE HISTORY.

Obama too, ACCORDING TO HIS OWN ADMISSION was born a British subject as well owing to the British Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1948 which governed his father’s citizenship status. He had an actionable and legal claim to British citizenship whether he chose to invoke it or not. I ask you, in the name of logic and linear reasoning how it is possible for a NBC of the US to be born subject to the citizenship laws of another nation?

The whole purpose of the clause was to minimize the possibility of Foreign influence in the highest office in the land. In the words of John Jay:
“Permit me to hint, whether it would be wise and reasonable to provide a strong check to the admission of Foreigners into the administration of our national Government; and to declare expressly that the Commander in Chief of the American army shall not be given to nor devolve on, any but a natural born Citizen.”

Unless Barack Obama is the 221 + year old immortal bloodsucking vampire that I suspect that he may in fact be, he is NOT old enough to be accorded the privilege of the grandfather clause of Article II, Section I clause 5 of the USC.

Barack Obama is the living and breathing embodiment of the REASON for Article II, Section 1 clause 5 of the constitution. He is the ultimate PERSONIFICATION of a usurpatious counterfeit Anti-American and Marxist lying demagogue. If we dont invoke this aspect of the USC against him than there is NO reason to EVER invoke it against ANYONE.
