GOP Strategist Who's Seen Early Exit Polls: "If This Holds... We Win Everything"

Jim Gerghaty at The National Revue smells a gargantuan blowout brewing...

"I don’t have the exits, but folks I know in the media and political worlds are getting their first glimpses:

Indicator Number One: I am told that one Democratic strategist, helping a television network with Election Night analysis, just declared that the Democrats were experiencing something on par with mass murder. The GOP counterpart looked at the same numbers and concluded the Democrats are, so far, not getting the urban turnout they need; suburban and rural areas are seeing big turnouts.

Indicator Number Two: One Republican who is seeing early indicators in Florida says, 'If this holds, we win everything.' "

John Loudon at Breitbart's Big Government sees the GOP taking both houses...

I hope this is true. Word is, early exit polls show otherwise! My gut tells me that this is right, but it is hard to know because the Rats CHEAT!

Utter nonsense. The big numbers are fizzling out, it looks like we will have just over 50 seat gain, with many disappointments.

Love that cartoon.

I will never forget how dejected I was late on Tuesday night in 2004. As I put my kids to bed I told them that I thought Kerry had won based upon all the pundit’s pronouncements of the exit polls.

I went to bed and then woke up at about 3 a.m. to discover that Bush was about to win! I woke my wife up from a dead sleep to tell her the news.

Yeah, exit polls...

Without a clear majority in some states, automatic recounts are required.

All recounts done by D's go on forever. Only when the D wins by one, one vote among the hundreds which are suddenly discovered (created out of thin air), the count is over.

Pray for double digit percentages or else D's will succeed in violating election law once again.

Exit polling isn’t taking into account early voting, which for the GOP was quite heavy.

Relax: 99% of the polls by population are still open, Returns are meaningless and indicative of nothing at this point.
