Looks like an either-or with regard to the armed forces. If you opt out of military service via conscientious objector plea, then you go into the civilian side ot it.

Dunno if it’s related to the student loans or not.

Best,

JW

Will this mean that the draft boards will be activated?

I would guess that this might be unconstitutional. Amen.

This is on page 156 of the passed Senate version of the Obama care bill and there are postings in FRs about this. That version allows the President to switch them from “medical” service under the jurisdiction of the surgeon general to serve directly under and answerable only to the president. Its worth bringing up right now because this is what is in that Obama care bill

Of course not. They are Dems and none of the rules apply to them.

First the White House using the Pentagon for gathering intelligence on political challengers in the 2012 presidential election.
Now this bill mandating that everyone serve time in the Sturmabtielung (that’s what I’m calling it, or call it the Red Guard).
What’s next? Stasi snitches? Zampolits in each military unit?

and answerable only to the president.

Then it is time to change the President with cause. Lets see how "lucky" they feel after Tuesday. The Tea is a brewing! Sounds like the answering may be to some other than the President.

Rangel introduced in the House with NO co-sponsors.

According to Govtrack it was assigned to committee.

(1) House Armed Services

(2) House Armed Services, Subcommittee on Military Personnel

He is continually introducing bills to revive the Draft.

Yes, Rangel is an idiot and a traitor.
