Sharron Angle is edging ahead of Harry Reid in the polls, which shouldn't be a surprise after she trounced him in their only debate last week. Michael Barone made the very important point that quite a few of the novice candidates associated with the tea party movement have turned out to have sharp political instincts:

Just as happened in the 2004 reelection of Harry Reid, we are seeing the same arguments for retaining him, but this time they are coming from Republicans.
In Vegas, it’s all about who you know. There is only one reason these prominent Republicans would endorse Harry and that is because it will benefit them and they couldn’t care less about the people of this state.
In my mind this just goes to show that Sharron Angle is indeed a principled and independent person who will vote her conscience and can’t be bought off.

Exactly. I revealed n my book how Harry took money from the pimp Joe onforte, but it didn’t stop there. He’s been taking money under the table the whole time, for forty years.
