Unlike BJ Clinton’s impeachment, this one would be supported by the vast majority of Americans if he tries to rule via diktat executive order.
If the republicans win 83 seats currently held by Democrats, by the numbers it becomes a veto proof House. I have read in the past that by the rules granting the power of Executive Orders, the House can nullify them.
Good Impeach Biden and Obama in January and put in the Republican House Speaker.

Bah, the Chinese have been likely doing that for years via computer.
The way I’d stop this, if I was the Speaker of the House, is not by investigations, and impeachment proceedings. I’d simply cut off funding for any executive agency making its own law up with rulemakings. Such as the EPA.
On issues like illegal immigration, there’s not much you can do about that... Congress can’t force the President to enforce the law. We just need to beat him in 2012, that’s the fastest way to get the borders protected.
The house holds the purse strings. Withold funding where ever needed. If he has the EPA issue job killer rules, simply defund the EPA completely. Defund Obamacare, etc. Think in terms of nuclear war, scorched earth, etc. Quit buying fuel for AF One if we have to.

If this gets out of hand who will control it - Congress (not a chance), Judges, not likely, hell, even the Supreme Court seems to turn an eye to these shenanigans (or uphold them). Do we the people just let this go...? NO WAY! Revolt is part of our nature thank goodness and it will get desperate if they continue along this path.

39 seats will give us a majority in the house, 100 would allow an impeachment proceeding.
