Touching story. Poor pup. My Lab is a scaredy cat,too. We adopted him a year ago last February. Over the summer we had a storm that was right over the house for what seemed like an hour, but it was probably 10 minutss. There was not consoling him. I even got on the floor and held him on my lap, but he just shook like a leaf as the thunder crashed right over our heads.
