Did 18-year-old Tyler Clementi—whose roommate live-streamed video of him "making out with a dude"—reach out for help before killing himself? A thread on a gay community message board apparently tells the story in Clementi's own words.

-Clementi apparently made several posts on a gay message board telling his story and asking what to do. His writing make him seem fairly stable and logical. He even jokes about having a "great time" after he unplugged his roomies's computer complete with little humping smiley face icons.
-Clementi had a thing for anonymous webcam sex on a site called Cam4. He posted a couple profile pics there--one sans shirt and one sans pants. Ravi apparently saw this profile, which explains why he got such a laugh out of spying on the guy.
-According to Ravi, Clementi's playmate was an "older guy." Ravi by the way had a rep as an obnoxious mischief maker.
-He seems to be holding it together pretty well in these forum posts so something must have happened that night to really send him over the edge. My guess is it involves this older mail friend of his.
People commit suicide all the time. 4 soldiers just did recently. Why the anguish over this idiot.

I could not give a crap about this as a news story, there are far more important issues to cover than one kid jumping off a bridge, how about all the other people who have died today and killed themselves.?
How about soldiers and marines dying?
