Why do I think these jobs are for educated folks, clean cut, with their pants pulled up, who speak english, have never been on welfare....
You mean the employers are racists?
Let’s see, I have a son who is presently unemployed. He is 6’ tall and built like a body builder. He has his BA in Education; can pass a certification anywhere. He is a good welder and auto mechanic. He is an excellent carpenter and cabinet maker. He is good with fiberglass and boat repair, working on gimbles, outdrives and engines. He can run a backhoe. He has worked with Outward Bound preparing high schools students for college. He is good with computers, great with toddlers and small children. He is a Christian, patient, conservative, slow to anger, loves dogs and cats, honors his mother and father, and he has a sister who lives in Pensacola. Make an offer.
I hire “virtual” loan officers, is he interested in that? If not, here’s the employers scheduled to be at the job fair: http://victorycan.org/floating1.php
I will let him know.
We used to go through Cantonment all the time, when we were driving from the Northeast down to Perdido Key FL! We’d cut off of I-65, and down through the panhandle pines to Hwy 29.
