Why Pelosi Signed Two Certificates of Nomination

Nancy Pelosi signed one certificate of nomination which was sent to 49 states and another - saying that Obama is Constitutionally eligible - to Hawaii. People have asked why she didn't send the eligibility-certifying one to all the states, but the more pressing question is, "Why did the Hawaii Democratic Party refuse to certify Obama's eligibility?"

Yes, most of this is familiar to those of us who have been following this criminal scandal. But there are a few new details here. And the pressure must be mounting on the Hawaiian officials who have been stonewalling and lying about this whole business.

I don’t know if the lawyer is really in danger of being rubbed out by Obama’s Chicago Mafia thugs. Because if they did that, it might well scare some of the other Hawaiian officials into going public in order to protect themselves from being rubbed out too. There must be quite a few people in Hawaii who are in on these dirty secrets by now.

I think the Lakin team just about has to have another attorney look at the information, screen it for its potential value, and recommend only what has much legal value.

Yes. It was before I posted this so it didn’t include this, but I did fax a summary of some of the evidence on my blog to Rep Darrell Issa and Rep John Culberson, at the recommendation of somebody commenting on my blog. I meant to call their offices today and verify that they both got the fax but didn’t get that done. Tomorrow.

The passport stuff is huge and they’re feeling the heat on that. The more we can crank it up, the more likely it is that Obama will be pressured to resign at least. But I think people are beginning to realize that it took a lot of people either looking the other way or outright engaging in unethical or illegal behavior in order for this hoax to go down like it did. That corruption needs to be dealt with.

Brian Schatz, HDP Chairman who signed the certificate, was Obama’s campaign spokesman in Hawaii who graduated from (and later taught at) Punahou School ,where Obama graduated from high school, and spent a year in Kenya in 1992 (which overlaps Barack and Michelle’s visit to Kenya shortly before their wedding;

This guy could have cleaned up and/or tampered with Obama's Hawaiian school records.

The HDP refusing to certify Obama’s eligibility is bad enough as it is, but for the HDP’s usual legal counsel to be the very person who has probably seen Obama’s non-Hawaii birth certificate is explosive.

I totally agree. And, IIRC, it was noted by the attorney. By why that isn’t used as the main issue - when it is, I just don’t get. I can’t imagine Lakin not asking the same question.

I would imagine that, if the Pubbies take over, Boehner or Issa would have the power to subpoena Pelosi on how she was able to certify Obama’s eligility. You have to imagine they would have thought of this possibility ahead of time, so I would presume that they have something up their sleeve to prevent the Pubbies from taking over. If not, Obama will likely be in danger of being outted.

I'm glad that you sent them your summary. I'm curious as to whether or not they received it. If they haven't maybe you should send it by snail mail. I'd hate to think that an aide would put it in the circular file.
