Over the past week, several political-insider wizards of smart have deemed Republican senatorial hopeful Christine ODonnell unelectable almost taking it to the point of vitriolic screeds youd expect to hear from left-wing commentators, which would probably appear as a guest on MSNBC in their prime time lineup.
Their issue: In an interview, ODonnell had claimed she could be the potential target of political opponents and that she had to be extra careful when she would go home at night.
Theyre following me, she told The Weekly Standard. They follow me home at night. I make sure that I come back to the townhouse and then we have our team come out and check all the bushes and check all the cars to make sure thatthey follow me.
Now suddenly this has raised the ire of some conservative pundits suggesting that she isnt fit for office because of her caution. But actually, she does have cause for concern. According to a video from her campaign it has been documented that operatives from her opponents campaign, Rep. Mike Castle, have in fact attended events she hosted with video cameras. So how would you feel if you were being followed with a video camera?
That being said who are these detractors, as conservative males, to call into question the safety self-concerns of a 41-year-old female in what could be a highly charged political contest? Is it really the smartest thing to do to be so obsessed with the race for a Delaware Republican senatorial nomination that one would make these judgment calls about someones character, especially coming from the political right? Its a bizarre phenomenon to say the least.
video after the jump....

And you seem to do quite a bit of astroturfing here.
I speak for myself and tell it like it is. No one’s paying me anything to do this.
I hope her campaign is filming all of Castle’s public events too.
I agree about the risk taking! Being cautious and timid has gotten us the party of Mike Castle and Arlen Specter. To hell with them, let’s try out the new gal.
She can’t possibily vote worse than Castle!
Let me get this straight.
"They" found this guy on O'Donnell's property.
He apparently had no desire to leave on his own, so "they" had to tell him to leave.
But, before he left, "they" questioned him and he was willing to stick around and talk - however, he did not give "them" straight answers. He either may or may not have indicated that he worked for the Castle campaign or for a mysterious organization called "the Republican GOP." That you can say without a doubt.
During this exchange, apparently none of "them" had cell phones, so "they" were unable to photograph him or call 911 to report him to the police or to take down his license plate.
Despite this criminal activity, "they" decided to give him a free pass and not file a police report.
Who said the guy is for Castle ?
Odd how you defend someone trashing a tea party candidate running against a poorly disguised Dem like Castle who is the needed vote to ram thru Cap & Trade in the lame duck session.
Yet the O'Donnell campaign has not done so. Why?
You tell me. You seem to know all the answers.
BUT none of these posters ever question Castle's pro Dem party voting record and his cheap shots her via so called Pundits.
Um, you did.
In post 11.
I quote you, verbatim: "Wow Castle has operatives like you astroturfing here too."
I completely agree. The rally cry is not, "No more flakes." The rally cry is "NO MORE RINOs!"
Yes ,your just another one of thse so called “ Concerned “ posters here making cheap shots at the only conservative in the Del race.
You're the one who claims to have knowledge of specific crimes - yet no one seems willing to actually press charges.
I have no answer for why that possibly would be, which is why I'm asking you, since you seem to be very tight with the O'Donnell campaign.
It’s entirely possible the guy works for the sleazeball, Tom Ross.
Just call the cameraman a macaca.
So report him to the police. Swear out a complaint.
O'Donnell looks like a flake in The Weekly Standard interview because she is alleging stalking and vandalism, yet these crimes were never substantiated or reported.
The witnesses, whom your posts imply that you know well or are even numbered among, can help out their candidate by going to law enforcement.
Why don't they?
There is only one possible reason why not.
LOL!
I just don't understand how you get on these threads so damned quick as often as you do. Amazing!
