Posted by me on another thread, but asking here:

“So who is this Jim Deakin who was also in the senate race? His vote of nearly 12% wouldn’t have made the difference for Hayworth who had only 32% but could it have been a protest vote against McCain by those who didn’t like either candidate?”

McLame spent $20 million in the primary just for TV ads.

JD could not hope to match that - and so he lost. With the polling in he got - what 36%?

So Sara P gets another notch on her - “I backed this person” count....

no now is the time to put ONE candidate to take out Grahnesty.

We have too many carpet bagging kooks with ZERO chance of winning who run in primaries. The crazy man/woman down the street types.

Safe predictions based on McCain’s track record:

1. McCain will swing left.
2. He won’t attack his Democratic opponent the same way he attacked JD.
3. Once McCain wins, he and Miss Lindsey will be the Democratic Party’s best friends in the Senate.
4. High taxes and amnesty for illegals are coming to a theater near you.
5. The MSM will declare John McCain the Republican Ted Kennedy.
6. John McCain will turn on Sarah Palin and publicly demolish her if she ever decides to run for president in reward for her loyalty towards him.

7. And worst of all, Meghan McCain will whore out her name for liberalism for the next 6 years just because of who her father is, even though she has no independent talent of her own.

The media in Arizona AND the Arizona GOP are all in McCain’s pocket. I hoped JD would win, voted for him, but I warned before JD even got in the race that McCain owns this state and defeating him would have taken a huge GOTV operation... and a lot of money it seems as McCain blew his leftovers from the POTUS race to win.

Hildy, what is the odds we could get Dean Martin to run for McCain’s seat in 2016?

Yeah, I got an email from Brown asking for money blah blah. I berated him for voting for the finance bill and going along. They gave him just enough crumbs to get his vote. I told him he will not get another dime or another vote from me.

And I told him to stay away from McCain. He’s a parasite. I’d love to see him be denied any committee chairmanship or ranking membership. Maybe he’ll turn democrat for real and stop falsely upping our numbers.

I don’t think McCain will turn on Sarah. McCain loves himself too much to say he made a mistake picking her. Other that that he will be the perfidious scumbag we have all got to know and loath.

The thing that made me angrier than anything last night was a very snarky tweet made by Megan McCain, and I’ll place money on her book will be released — now — and will not be kind to Palin.

Who says I have to cast a vote for that particular race? I reject the idea that I have to vote for anyone because he or she is “better” than a democrat. In the case of McCain he does not have my support and therefore will never get my vote. And, I predict he will shove it to conservatives for the next six years because we made him act like one of us to get the nomination, when everything inside of him screams against what we believe.
